Abrelo usando .rar y dale formato japonés como en la imagen adjunta

luego de eso extraer el archivo y deberia estar solucionado todo el problema

Thanks, tuspari and God_Goku for the tip about using winrar and changing the name encoding option to Japanese. It managed to fix the installations issue I was having with this game.

ok i made it work idk whats worked but here are the steps
i repire existing NET framework. on pc
i downloaded NET 4.7.2 execution framework.
also i clicked unlock in properties on every file in the game folder with the exe including the exe and it started to work
