hi! this game is great, but I am pretty confused even with the guide you posted. how exactly do I get rid of the slimes infesting this transformation suit in the swamp? do i have to restart the dungeon, grab fireweed, repeat until I have 8, then start a battle and select the magic attack that tries to clear the slimes (which normally just triggers an attack)? or is there a different option to try to eat the fireweed? thanks!!

I want to leave this here for posterity. I'm a slow reader and changing the time the message stays on the screen helped me a lot:

Change the "View Duration" of "MPP_SmoothBattleLog" to "1000"

Good catch. Yes, it seems you need to go to the Base and read the section on Slime Parasites from the book on the table. Once you have read it, the Escape Slimes skill will offer you the chance to eat the Spicy Plants and remove the bad state. You can do that from the map though, you don't need to do it in combat.

If you hit Shift in battle, and the note is illuminated, battle animations and text are faster.

Guards in Emerald don't have nipple rings as a default attack. You need to have nipple rings in your inventory for them to use it. Only the Straps in the Train attach nipple rings as a default attack.

But I do have one in my inventory, that’s why I’m asking ;-;

Update: decided to try and get the nipple ring by losing to the strap enemy but now I can't remove it even though I have like 10 holy oils, I can't apply them at the base as it's greyed out- what am I doing wrong aaa

Hmm, I tried installing the difficulty mod. Overwrote the files. Enemies are more aware than before but they still chase slower than I can walk. Did I misunderstand something?
