Question for NTR fans and non-fans

Hi guys, I've seen a lot of conflicting opinions about NTR content in games, so I decided to make a poll just to see what's the most acclaimed NTR content by the public in games, or if you don't like it at all. If you have other opinions about these options you can just select the "other" option and write your opinion down below!

I personally like slow burn Netorare games with a little bit of blackmail content(to logically justify the NTR, or why else would a someone with a established love interest suddenly cheat). Good examples of such a game will be Henteria Chronicles 2.

I'm also cool with games that don't have any NTR content (all types), but since that does not satisfy my fetish, I require something else that will make me enjoy that game. One of which will be hand drawn cgs, and another being good writing of course.

I'd recommend you to add what Netorase and Netori is because most people here probably don't know the difference.

I'm okay with anything as long as the tag is present so I can know what kind of game/doujin/hentai/whatever I'm about to play/read/watch, and even if things abruptly change into NTR I won't care that much, I'd prefer if that doesn't happen, but oh well. Although I rarely play NTR games here. I feel like the slow burn NTR never pays off and the fast burn is just irrelevant. I prefer NTR in doujins or hentais where the pace of the story tends to work better.

A little bit broad in definition, hence my specificity on the discord. Some Netorare is blackmail based, some is just trope based i.e. blonde bodybuilder, fat ugly bastard, black guy, Shota with massive magic dong that instantly captivates any female, some is (rarely) competition based because of personal qualities and developing them.

So I get the reason to keep it simple at this stage, but as the poll develops or finishes it might be necessary to then go onto specifics.

Same with Netorase, I've encountered some games where it was you had to command the two where and when to fuck, I've had ones where they kinda go off on their own, I've had some where you even join in and it kinda breaches swinging territory.

So in short, someone who clicks that they like Netorare for example, might like the trope based stuff, but not blackmail. Once you've got the results will you be holding a further poll as to specifics?

Other: I dislike all these japanese descriptors for most of the western games I play. I guess technically I'd be in the 'netorase' camp, but again, stupid terms for american games.

I can't really say which specific genre of NTR I like most as it's the elements in the genres that I like/dislike, so I'll list those here instead.

Likes:

• the protagonist hates the LI being taken all the way to the end, even if he chose to share her
• the NTR relationship is ultimately degrading/damaging to both the protagonist and LI
• the antagonist is pos with charisma, or just a straight up pos
• the protagonist is someone you actually hate to see suffer

Dislike:

• the protagonist enjoys his LI being taken/the protagonist is the only one to be degraded or humiliated
• the antagonist is in reality a good guy/the morally better choice
• the cheating relationship is a 100% upgrade from the previous relationship

... with this out the way, i wanna state: I don't really care about NTR. It is off-putting to be a cuck, but different from most others here, i am fully aware, that it is a GAME. Incest is way more annoying. Nothings more unerotic than being called "Brother" or "Son" during a sexscene. (no kinkshame... whatever floats your boat, but inbreeding doesn't work for me) I like good art and a variety in used models is nice. Most male MCs are pathetic wankers anyway and the "Rivals" are often more interesting. After all i'd say: make sexy pictures and no cringe story.... that should work

Agree with the idiocy of random cruelty, not only is it off-putting, the real world typically doesnt work like that; people are jerks behind closed doors but not to people's faces. Unfortunately the pervasiveness of this trope often specifically manifesting as a dark-skinned guy have almost made me racist in my porn games; it's the everpresent sneering black guy with no other facial emotions than "jeer", "smirk", "sneer", "blank look". Ofc this presents a further frustration- trying to find non-interracial swinging/sharing/cuck games shrinks the pool by like 90%.
