Im talking about "Assembly-CSharp.dll", which is where all the Games Code is stored. Its generally inside "{GameName}_Data\Managed". Thats what Im talking about, just a slight modification to the code, thats it.
It might be possible that this file is the same across different platforms, but I simply dont know since I dont own a Mac

Just started playing and it's cool how people's ages actually go up for their birthdays, but is there any gameplay aspects? Like do they get bonus affection for giving gifts on their birthdays or something? I tried giving a gift and hanging with Sara on her birthday and I didn't notice any unique dialogue, and the gift I gave was already 3 stars so idk if that was affected.

Not a dumb question at all.

On a PC, it's usually:

C: --> Users --> Your user name --> AppData --> LocalLow --> Oppai Games --> Quickie_ A Love Hotel Story

A shortcut to there is usually to type %appdata% in your Windows search bar. That takes you usually to the Roaming folder in AppData for some reason, so just back up one step to AppData and then click LocalLow, then Oppai Games, etc.
