There is a "mom" which is completely off-screen.
There's a mother/daughter pair. The daughter is finished. The mother is not, but has plenty of scenes.
There's a teacher. Finished.
Including a 3some with mother and teacher.

Nope, I only have the lower tier.
If you're in a pinch, you can find older version of cheat, it was posted here. Modify the stats to your liking and jump back on the new version or load the save someone uploaded and just progress. It's really only a matter of minutes.

We finish Sara’s story with her Heart 4.5 and 5 Events (with h-scenes!). Sara’s Heart 4.5 starts in Shinjuku when you’ve completed the event requirements.
