Darklord_Zeref yeah is a common mistake in the 1 DG so is not bugged
in 1 DG ther are 2 fake walls
you can walk through the 2 fake walls

FYI:
the 2 fake walls lead to the other 2 balconys
so they are close to that room
so just run against all the walls if you want

Once you did her HJ scene twice, you need to drop the cooking pot that's in front of the house. Do her HJ scene a third time and a small "advance" button will appear in the bottom right once the bar is filled up.
