if you use the patron version you get the warp thingy with f9, went i went for her scenes i just used that, when checking for the island i tped to velvet, then use tp to carmilla when running to the shore and near the pink tree

It should trigger on it's own, I'm not sure if there is any true hard requirement for the quest to start.
As some other users have done, simply restart them game and start the same interactions again.
All I know, is that it won't happen while you are around the house. So do a lap around the island or something.

I can't realy play the game... I downloaded the latest version, (v0.8.2), click on "new game" but the game just dosen't load, the bar at the bottom stays the same, and it starts memory leaking, (from the ~250MB to ~3GB wich is when I have to force it to close)... Anyone knowns any solution to this???

There could be a large number of reasons.
The game takes at least five minutes for me to load sometimes, and my potato isn't the best potato.
I'm not sure how long you have waited, but try waiting longer before you close it.

To eliminate some potential issues, you can try:
Updating your graphics card, update DirectX(and or DirectX End-User Runtime), update Microsoft Visual C++ (vcredist), and update Microsoft .NET framework.

I redownloaded the game, how many days aprox i need for triger the event with the Mother? I already did the first event with rem and Sister, and i don't did the first dungeon yet, i'm on the third day of the island

LOL i found how to trigger the event, u must open the Door of your camp for the outside and you start the event XD i never opened the Door in the other game, i always Was jumping the fence XDDDD

Pretty much the same system as myself.
I'm not sure my friend, I would have to assume there's something with your system and not the game.
Try researching unity game problems with some of your pc specs.
Especially if you're running windows 10.
