It sounds like corporate espionage, one of the big racing teams looking to steal the tech.
The MC is shopping the tech for grant money, she's tasked with getting close to MC to ascertain how successful it is. She just happens to move in next door to his best friends and quickly ingratiates herself with the Professor by supplying him blowjobs after their first 2 encounters. All of this with no security detail as expected for an ambassador's daughter.
She super sus.
This thread could be a study on main character syndrome. Usually this forum is passionately rabid, when discussing things like cheating. The sudden "nuance" almost gave me whiplash.

heh, well, I haven't played last update, but so far my rating was:
1) Maggie (for some period of time Jas was my fav, but then Maggie took over, I agree she is great as a person and has a stunning look, still if we only talk about looks - Jasmine would my fav I think, unfortunately her attitude is not that great)
2) Jasmine (I admit though - after reading some comments here I think after this update she might get a massive downgrade and V will take 2nd place instead)
3) Veronica (her only crime from my perspective is that she is in the same game with such characters like Maggie and Jasmine, I like her a lot, it's just - I like Maggie and Jaz more, well, at least so far, as for your's "tough choice between Maggie/Veronica" - from what I read in a thread - there might be a V cuck queen route and maybe you will be able to be with both M+V, but it's a speculation at this point, also you will have to cheat I guess)), so - on your own risk heh)
4) Natalya

A little bit about this situation with EX. I think I've never actually voiced my opinion on this matter.
First of all, I despise cheating and what MC did to Allison is just bad, yes, you've been leaving in a toxic relationship, yes, it has been like this for years, but that's not legit reason to cheat, wanna fuck around - get a divorce or just break up and enjoy, that's what I would do.
Now, about who is to blame - I genuinely believe that in every couple/relationship both sides are to blame, always two sides are responsible and guilty for not working enough on their relationship. I've seen here people mostly blame MC for everything and even not trying to fix relationship (well he cheated so I guess he deserves more shit heh, justified), well, what about Allison - is she blind? is she deaf? - nope, while living with somebody for years you notice things, that smth is off, unless you intentionally decide to be ignorant and live in oblivion, well that's on you then, don't be surprised at the end.
Anyways - this is my perspective. Also, worth to mention - there are some inconsistencies in dialogues (MC and EX), which also might be the reason why people see this situation differently.
Back to the game - since I am an immersive player - at some point I was considering dropping the game because of this forced cheating thing, but then I tried to look at this from a different angle, I mean people make mistakes, yeah, we are not ideal. So I thought that playing as Jake will be the chance to start over for me as MC - be a better BF/HB for next girl and be a good father for Lily.
As for Allison - nope, not gonna back into that toxic relationship, we tried, it didn't work out, bye bye, life is too short for this shit. Even If I wanted to get back, I think Allison shouldn't forgive, I know I wouldn't.
Ideal option for me - to stay neutral/stay friends with Ex - this way I could stay beside Lily and take care of her.
P.S. Sorry for my weird/gibberish english, been working almost the whole night and just woke up recently, still drinking a coffee)

Unfortunately, even in the best games on this site it happens to write characters by archetype. Then maybe dev is making us all fools, anything could be XD

For me, it's a bit like a Quantum Leap situation. We didn't try, Allison and Jake tried. Now I'm in Jake's body and the relationship is going to get a second chance. I'll be the husband Jake wasn't, and I'll fix that family, starting with making Lily okay, and making Allie okay into the process.
In relationship terms though, I see it as this couple who were in love and they got married and had a kid. That can be hard, and there's a reason a lot of young families end up breaking up. Sometimes you have to lose something to realise why you loved it in the first place. That's Jake and Allison, and both of them realising that is the first step to both of them growing, and healing their relationship.

Nope, my save of the last render of 3.1 works in every playthrough I made, they just rollback some renders so wasn't an issue. If you don't save a lot then can be a problem, I had some older saves work even if rollback a bit and others giving errors because they couldn't find a place to rollback. FYI I used the mod in 3.1, really think don't matter if you used it or not, saw reports here of players not using mods and having the same issues loading 3.1 saves.

Yikes. Now I'm really worried Allison's path is going to be about the MC and Allison reigniting their original passion rather than learning to communicate and starting a new relationship from scratch. The latter *might* actually work, the former would be every bit as doomed as it was last time.

It's disappointing when the first scene I get with a girl also involves a third wheel I have no interest in.
I know a lot of people take the more is merrier approach to these things, but I enjoy playing favourites.

I think the Dev dropped the ball with Maggie she was my favorite till her first scene. I'm not into femdom at all. To me Maggie is like eatting my favorite food and half way through eatting it i find a bug in it, no matter what the rest of it tastes like you don't want to finish it because you keep thinking about that bug you found. Dev should go back and either remove it or make it avoidable.
If you consider that first scene Femdom, I don't know what to tell you. I am a big fan of femdom, and that is not even in the realm of femdom. I think many people have a distorted view of what femdom is.
Plus if you actually played the latest update she has a reason and explains why she did that. Also After talking to dev it can go two routes possibly, not going to reveal more, but it looks like it will be possible to still have some bdsm elements in the futurea and a more vanilla route.

What would be wrong with reigniting their original passion, but incorporating the growth they have had since separating? Lily's accident, while tragic, seems to have been the catalyst that forced MC to become the man Allie always wanted him to be. He's driven, has a goal and they're both communicating. After the dinner at Allie's, we find out she still misses him and she still wears the engagement ring.
If the battery is a success, they will be set for life. Free from having to work, I don't see MC not committing time to being a great dad and a better partner.

You get gain 3 points if you keep underwear on and nothing sexual happens. Even if you take them off you still get the option to end it before the handy.
