I have a question, why is this version not updated to the Latest Updates page, is it because the Dev or the moderators didn't update it?

AFAIK it’s blocked due to be been updated within 14 days twice.
Why does it get blocked if it updates twice in 14 days? Does editing a game thread count as an update? Will the game be updated to the Latest Updates page when the block is lifted?

The reason would be (AFAIK) to impede games popping up again and again on the latest updates page within a few days (visibility and staff work schedule repeated all the time).
No, it won’t show up on the Latest Page when the cooldown is gone.
Thanks for the reply, but I still don't get it, editing a game thread and then adding a walkthrough shouldn't be considered updating to the latest update page at all, it's just adding a walkthrough. Totally unreasonable rule. Thanks again.

Walkthroughs and mods wouldn’t get posted at the latest updates page, only actual game updates get highlighted on the LU Page and to prevent that developers releases mini updates several times within a timeframe to get their games elevated to the latest Updates page there is a “cooldown” timer
Because you said 2 updates in 14 days,but it's been almost a month since Episode 2 was released here, not 2 updates in 14 days.

OP says the 09/20/2023 was an release and 10/11/2023 was another one. So it could be longer than 14 days.
Ultimatly i don't know for sure, could be wrong all along.

Thanks, but I've actually seen games that update to an high-tier version and still update to the Latest Updates page. e.g. University of Problems

No need. It's under the extra tab on the main menu. It's just a bonus scene, not part of the actual story.

Im not really looking forward to it but i got the feeling the devs are setting up something with Camille. Its like they are super eager to potray how open Camille is sexually with her jokes about sucking Cooper Customers and stuff like that.
I dont need it but i could imagine a scene with her and cooper watching or something like that in the future.
