I didn't find the Maggie scene all that weird except for it being a little contrived. If she slept in his bed previously, you saw the fantasy she had about him being helpless in bed while she was in control. That combined with her specific vulnerabilities, I can completely justify her being more femdom oriented in intimate scenes. I think if her route continues, she'll eventually get more comfortable with him and it'll either tone down or ramp up based on player choice.
When the table slid open I thought they were heading into a comedy bit, where he was scared about his bits smashed and it would lead to something. I was not expecting her basically turning it into a milking table.
