Allie won me over since the dinner and got even better in the last update for me. While I disliked V ever since Lilly's accident and she asked again to make things serious. Doesn't help I don't really find her all that attractive personally.

Heh, one of the good things about these games is that people have different views and you talk about them.

My main run is the MC doing anything he can to save Lily and if he can afford it then he has some fun on the side with the other girls. I also make sure that I do my best to end up on good terms with Allison so she doesn't hate me and Lily has both of the parents in her life.

I think you misunderstood. It is not that I like Veronica, it is that I just find her character interesting as LI option. I 100% agree that she is a walking red flag and a bin tier LI.

Thats why all the other girls (Jasmine, Natalya, Vanessa) have to point out to the MC that allie indeed seems interested despite her words. Jake himself has convinced himself (or got convinced by allision) that he wont get another chance and is so sure about it that he doesnt even pick up on things like Allison wearing their engagement ring all the time and so on.

Yeah, I've no idea where "old and washed" comes from. Subjective or not, I just can't see how anyone would come to that conclusion from any of the pictures of her I've seen.

She is pretty realistically potrayed as a mother who has her daughter in a coma and doesn't know whether she makes it out alive. It deeply hurts her and affects her so of course she won't be looking like a doll in each of the renders.
I mean she looked absolutely damn stunning at the ball and at the conference too.

Which is what the moments they shared through the first act should help with and why they are there.
At the start of the game she absolutely does still hate him but as we are making the choices, she is getting softer towards the MC and the interactions/outcomes change. Their whole dynamic does.

I can take the moment when Allison invites him for a dinner at their house. They have a good time, they reminisce about the past and she allows him to sleep there on the couch. Most importantly she kisses him on the lips before going to sleep. To give credit to the MC here, he leaves a nice note in the morning when he leaves. If a person that I think hates my guts invites me for a dinner, kisses me and allows me to sleep over then I start questioning whether she still does hate me the very next day because what I thought could never happen just happened.

To dare to think, to show me that not all hope is lost and he still has feelings for her should have been the end status of act 1 on her path. As I said, he might find it hard to do something about it, be scared but I will understand. The path then will actually have more depth and choices where I decide to get closer to her will carry way more meaning.

I thought that the game would have like 5 to 6 acts but found out yesterday that only 3 are planned which makes me question this approach to her path even more.

And i dont really get what youre talking about, if youre on allisons route you have to (for example), tell Veronica that "if there is a chance to get his family back, he has to try it" and stuff like that.

And thats kinda the thing, everyone would/can see that Allison is still interested but Jake and i think thats somewhat reasonable from his pov without our reader knowledge. He doesnt allow himself to interpret the signs positively and Allison doesnt want to allow herself to give in, but she still loved him even when they first meet in this avn imo very obiously.

Which act are we in atm? 2?

Nat could be a lot of stuff but i strongly doubt her being a gold digger, she doesnt even try to "catch" jake, its more like the opposite. She just wants fun without commitment and to be involved in his project (for whatever dubious reasons).

We always had those AVNs (some of them were even better received than pure porn ones), but I'm glad they're becoming more popular among creators.
