Ya they just nailed the animations in that BJ scene - from just the way she bobs her head it's incredibly realistic and flows so well. Then factoring in how hot Maggie is in general it's really nice work by the dev team.
Now that I've finished the game following Allison's route with a gentleman-style MC, is it just me or does she not have a single full or even semi-complete sex scene with the MC? Her route seems to carry the most emotional weight in the whole story — especially with everything surrounding their daughter — but there's literally not one proper scene with her, aside from that brief bathroom moment at the end. Meanwhile, the other love interests seem to have way more content in that regard. I haven’t tried their routes yet, and honestly I’m not even sure I want to… none of them seem to have the same emotional depth or impact that Allison’s storyline had on me.

On that path, you are correct, it is a slow burn - but that's how it should be, because they are not even close to being reconciled yet. I presume the sex will come, but it will take some time. There is another path, however, where you have a hate fuck with Allison, though it may end that path once you get there.

Most of the other LIs don't have you working on repairing a relationship while your daughter is in a coma. Allison will be a late pay off scene wise. The other LIs are a woman you're already in a relationship with (so no sexual hangups), a college student (who has no problem fucking), the next door neighbor trope (who has some sexual hangups but she likes Jake well enough to work on them), and someone who pretty much wants to fuck you from the get-go (but could be a spy.)
If you want a sex scene with Allison, go scorched earth and get the hate sex one. Otherwise be prepared to stick it out until she figures out she wants Jake again.
I guess they'll build more on that later on. I just thought there could’ve been a final scene after the performance that wasn’t the one with him spying on her in the shower — but oh well.

Don't worry guys, I am willing to bet, Allison sexual scene will come next episode. There has already been some close contact, affection and so forth. But how big thing is they just got good news on their daughter, which will make her more relieved and happy. So I believe some sort of lewd scene will happen next episode. Maybe even full sex, they can just skip the buildup since they already know each other.
Also if you guys want sweet romantic sex with her, there is that bonus scene. It is their wedding night. Its the only canon bonus scene in game.

Close to a year but since the last update came out right in the beginning of 2025 we could be lucky to see another update in december.

People like him because he isn't getting in the way. He is a very convenient friend to have who is supportive and demands nothing in return.
Imagine he could contradict MC on some important matters (not those mild rants about Allison that can't influence MC to a serious degree), the way MC handles him throughout the game can increase or worsen the relationship and he can become an obstacle one way or another. But we can't have that, that would be engaging, challenging and the player could lose - in a video game. Can't have that, so he is a docile nice guy to confirm everything MC does.

He's a bit of a manchild, but he's a genuine friend who would do pretty much anything for you. That "here's your share" bag-of-money drop was a proper choked-up moment for me when I first saw it.

Cooper's an ass. He's also a very good and loyal friend, even if your version of MC agrees that he's an ass and tells him off when he deserves it. Walking that tightrope of characterization is hard, and it's understandable if it doesn't land for everyone.
Dev: You know one thing that you could get the main character to do - actually teach the dog bobby to do the trick that lily wanted to shake paw. It would be a nice thing to do at the end when she wakes up
