Just wondering what percentage of people play with voices turned on ,because I always turn it off
And idk,maybe it's just me but VAs who work with the porn are usually low tier and I can't really take them seriously
If it's about dialogues,I guess it's the same problem for everyone that you read much faster than the voice line goes
If it's about moaning,I'm fine without them
Anyways, lack of Jasmine makes me think about bs like this

I certainly do if the game has them, Lust Theory had voice in it and the voice work was actually pretty good.

I always mute voice if a VN has it, but i’m also a semi-avid reader. i build up a head canon of how the characters should sound and how they would deliver lines, and VA fucks with that. It always sounds wrong to me.

If the dev really wants to add VA then… cool i guess? I’ll absolutely be turning it off immediately though.

I mute everything, it's literally the first thing I do when I open a game for the first time (and if I get a game where everything is muted but then the video files for sex scenes - or other scenes - have sounds hardcoded, it goes in the recycling bin!).

I haven’t really seen many games in this genre that offer truly good voice acting yet. That said, some games are at least capable of delivering solid sex sounds and moans by now. There are quite a few where I’m genuinely happy that this was integrated, because it’s done in an authentic and tasteful way. Of course, there are also games that handle it very poorly, where it just sounds like recycled audio from the cheapest porn imaginable.

So for me, it’s all about balance. Voice acting still feels like something that doesn’t really work properly in this genre yet. But when it comes to moans and sex sounds, there are, as I said, some very positive examples out there.
