No, it's pretty much standard procedure to 'underdraw' male characters in hentai games aimed at male players. I guess the rationale behind this is that it's supposed to reduce the discomfort of watching another man (with a humanizing face) being the active party lusting after the object of the viewer's desire. Similarly, there are not a lot of male porn stars in live action porn aimed at heterosexual males. They're just dicked bodies with heads conveniently cropped out or, as in gonzo porn, just dicks with voices behind the camera.

As far as i played it it's pretty much just sex if you lose, but not only that it's only when you lose to bosses not the fodder enemies, and no corruption for what i saw, honestly very disappointing
