It is one thing it took a year, but the lack of communication to me is more telling. Very few comments on the goings of development and the progress and very little reason for a while to believe it was in active development.
I support several games on Patreon and Subscribestar. I played each update of your game when they came out and I really liked them, especially the darker stuff with Maddie such as the spanking scene. I would like to suggest that the darker route be developed further and that there be more opportunities to spank Maddie and also to be able to spank Olivia. I would have also liked to see Maddie's face after spanking her the longest possible number of times in the existing scene. Having the option to either spank the girl who punched the MC in the balls (I forget her name) or convince her mother to spank her would also be nice.
I want to support your game, but I am not going to unless it seems realistic that there will be new content in a reasonable amount of time. If your next update is good and you get onto a regular schedule where you release new updates every 1-3 months like the games I am currently supporting then I could see myself supporting Radiant too. I suspect that many other people on here feel the same way.

Apparently it won't be easy to find any news about "Radiant" game updates on your Discord channel, since a 'game update' section is nowhere to be found.
Sadly a lot of people will probably still continue to pay for this scam..this dev still has 900+ patrons last time I checked which is ridiculous. This game doesn't have much content so far in the first place and then we got no update for a year.

The content that was generated was pretty fucking good, that's why he has patrons. There is optimism out there. I am still a patron, although I lowered my pledge months ago for obvious reasons. If they start releasing on a regular basis, even if the releases are not particularly big, I'll raise it up again and keep it on a higher tier so long as the quality is there. I believe we'll get something this summer, but if they can't get the followup out the door that's a terrible sign that none of the signals are working.
I think the smart move for these guys would be to trim down the number of routes-- just power through the harem route and get it done. Then if they want to milk it out, go back and do the solo routes for the like 4 people that give a shit about those. That would improve the release pace and restore some good faith.

Yeah it was pretty good but nothing that justifies 900+ patrons imho. And not delivering even one update for almost a whole year is just unacceptable. Somehow I doubt they would have done this if they still had so many patrons, it just shows them that they don't need to work hard.
But maybe they will surprise all somehow with this update..I agree they should cut down some routes (focusing only on the 3 daughters would be good, I remember the devs adding some other pointless character)

I think the same of Daniels K. Weirdly a guarantee to be mildly entertaining at the very least, but also have some memorable highlights. He seems consistent with good/decent updates and content. If your favorite dev is blowing everyone away each update that momentum will fizzle eventually which makes me suspicious of those devs by default. Either way I try not to get too excited about any current status of these games because it could easily change for the worse as we've seen with this game/dev.

Wanna take a wild guess why people shit on you guys so hard? Maybe it has to do with the fact you're months on end, dead silent, poaching patrons patience only to deliever bullshit every 3 or 4 months (yeah, I remember the status update on April) and do a peep when you see fit to tell patrons/the fanbase you're actually working on something at times. Gotta ship those very wanted wallpapers no one uses.
I am so tired of these empty words, you either have a date or you don't, we dont really care about more announcements of an upcoming annoucement that announcement the next chapter is coming. Maybe you guys could finally stop feeding us bs and actually give us something tangible, for once?
Anyways, I am totally expecting that "few days" is going to be around ~2 weeks, and then an announcement that its coming on mid-July, if even... I mean that batch might get de-sync on Portugal's slow connection after all. At this point I dont really care about it and I'll download it here when its leaked... and if I am bored enough to play it, if there's nothing else to play. I'll let you guys know if all this time waiting was worth the hassle, and if you guys deserved all that monthly wages for it.
Maybe you'll start my ruby tier for a month... if you guys make me eat my words, which I doubt it.
DK could actually be a good dev but he has a issue. He's making porn overall, and not really telling a story. His developement basically revolves around doing a good start, but then he wants to release an update montly, so those updates are usually about lewd content for each girl, not all that long too, and the story doesnt move onward past its midpoint. He keeps doing them until he gets bored, finishes the game very suddenly and plotwise very weirdly, and starts anew.

For a game that hasn't had an update in what I think is 11 months now (OP says 2021-07-24) I doubt that there is a single developer on patreon that could live up to what should be expected after that time period. The closest I've ever seen a Dev pull something like that off was WhitePhantomGaming with Defending Lydia Collier where the Dev had something close to a 6 month gap. At the end of said gap he dropped 5k renders that were to his usual high standard, along with decent to great story lines for each of the girls and multiple routes for each. I think the chances of you having to eat your words are a number approaching Zero, anything short of perfection in terms of amount of content, number of girls covered, routes filled and story progressed after the amount of time that has passed seems like a bridge too far for anyone, let along this project and the lack of news we have had

Dammed I supported you for over a year, and defended you on these forums. Why would I have to DM you through Discord to know what's going on with the game and how you're using my money? I dropped support because you guys refused to give patrons an update on what the hell was taking so long.
Yeah, there are tons of dirt bags on F95 that scream "milking" whenever a game isn't updated on the day they happen to log in. But it's an embarrassment to tell them they're wrong when you don't say shit about what the progress is while they're proven right over and over because "next month" has become your mantra.
Give progress updates like every respectable developer on this site. Tell us what you've finished and what's left. For God's sake, don't go on vacation then come back and tell everyone how your job is so much more demanding than theirs while showing zero work (not you, but this was Alorth's tone deaf explanation).
I sure as hell am not going to start sending you a monthly paycheck again based on your behavior to this point, and I'm sure there are hundreds of potential patrons who agree. Get your shit together and be responsible devs and see if people start trusting you again, because you have a lot of trust to regain. You're on the verge of getting the ICSTOR label, and that's humiliating.

I agree with you. And isn't it funny that even with this being true his games are still better than half of the content on this site? A game doesn't have to be that great to do that tho. Given more time I'm sure other devs will start making better games until we are in a new era of games and the ones we have now will be a distant memory. Until then, I'll be playing Daniels K games.
