This is also a good point. They could have look after their grandchildren but seems like they did not care. Also, earlier on, didn't the MC's parents notice that pregnant girl visiting him in the hospital? They could help her.
Even if she did not feel anything towards MC, which is unlikely btw because how the girls talked about her or the letter, she should have at least make a connection so the girls can meet their father.TBH, though, in real life relationships go cold all the time. Friendships aren't like Magneto and Xavier. I guess that's why people enjoy escapism so much... So may have just appealed to him because she knew she would die and didn't want the girls to fend for themselves.
MC does not remember anything from his past. How the hell he was not curious enough to investigate who he was before the accident? He has some trauma over the accident, does he never seen a therapist? A sensible therapist urge him to look into his past life. He dreams a girl almost every night years long but did not even care to connect her to his past? If I were him I would have find a composite artist to draw a picture of her then went back to high school to check if anyone knew the girl, if high school was a miss I'd ask about her in the town if anyone know of her. I mean he should have at least curious about these.
Like drTheta said, she visited him at least a year, how come MC's parents did not notice a pregnant girl visiting their son? How did they never found out about their grandchildren?
Also, why mother did not reach out to MC's parents? Her own family kicked her out, she had nowhere to go with triplets. One would assume she at least reach out MC's parents about their grandchildren.
Though, answer is very clear. If any of these happened then there won't be Radiant. So it is what it is I guess.
