This dev only releases 1 update per year, the last update was in March so don't expect another update at least until March of next year.

Yea the updates aren't that big either considering the wait time. Dev spends more time on twitter posting about the state of the video game industry, instead of working on is own game.

P.s. I do support the devs with content I like, exclusively through once-offs. I'd rather die history X style before pre-paying any type of creative content. If necessary I'll even get some bitcoin fractions to pay my dudes and dudettes here (afterwards ofc). It appears Visa/Mastercard are winning the unpopularity contest from bitcoin.

This game is one of my favorites, I like the story, the girls, it is one of the best AVN games to me. It is frustrating seeing the lack of progress, but I think people are going a little overboard with the criticism. You obviously like the game enough to be complaining about the lack of progress!
People are constantly dogging the developer, I get it. But if you think criticism is going to light a fire under him to make updates come out quicker, it may very well have the opposite effect! Not everyone responds well to criticism, and it may give him a IDGAF complex. I hate the long waits for updates, just like everyone else does, but to me it is worth waiting for. There are plenty of other games to play and things to do in the meantime. I think he needs to be more transparent with progress.
For the woke stuff, only the woke want it. It is like trans/gay content, only trans/gay/woke are into it. If you want that sort of thing, it's out there. For most straight people, it is not something we enjoy (or get off on). I think the main thing is people are tired of it getting shoved down everyone's throats, catering to 2-3% of people and acting like we should support and even celebrate it is ridiculous! That being said, let's not open a can of worms with it.
At least he has not abandoned the game, like so many other devs are doing! You support them, then they find Jesus or have a family and act like an adult game is demonic or something. Take our money and run, then you feel foolish for supporting them.

Anyone less lazy than me want to go back and see how long after Tales From The Unending Void updates it usually takes to get a Radiant update? I assume that Alorth needs 3-6 months to do his thing once he's done working on the other game (since it is now much more lucrative) and then SD needs another month or so to stitch it together.
Ironic bit being, of course, that Radiant could have been a _far_ bigger game than TFTUV if they'd prioritized it enough to do even 2 releases a year.
This is the problem with indy folks, kids. People work on indy games because they can't hold down real jobs, which means they are made by the kind of people that .... can't hold down real jobs. Creative and smart, but irresponsible.

IIRC Alorth makes only the animations for TFTUV, he isn't part of the dev team of that game...not sure how lucrative it is.
He has another game, can't remember the name, but something with a MC being stranded on a island and having lost his memory, living together with catgirls.
