Not trying to defend him, but it really depends on how much he is rewriting and how those rewrites affect the scenes. Depending on how much he is changing, it can require completely new renders or animations if we are talking about sex scenes.
But yea, I think the most likely scenario is that he hasn't been doing shit for most of the past year and just came up with the rewrite excuse.

On top of that, my cat (who is also my emotional support assistant) has been particularly needy, requiring me to dedicate entire afternoons to intense cuddle therapy.
Additionally, I recently discovered a new productivity method that involves writing in total isolation for maximum focus. However, to achieve this, I had to relocate to a remote cabin in the woods, which—turns out—has no WiFi. I intended to use this as a chance to get ahead on content, but unfortunately, I became so immersed in nature’s beauty that I lost all sense of time and space.

Funny how my 1* review of Radiant got purged off the site when Chapter 6 was released. Apparently it was against the rules to rate the game poorly because of SirD's constant lies and missed deadlines. And what do you know, we're getting awfully close to another year without an update.

I don't think I've ever seen a dev trying to kill his own game, this hard lol. ICSTOR at least waited until he had like 7 or 8k subs to start his dairy business. Dude doesn't really have that many supporters for him to be this confident that he can just keep doing this shit indefinitely.
