How much longer are you going to do the same joke?Wednesday is already today. In addition, Wednesdays and Thursdays are every week. So probably Wednesday. Maybe Thursday. Some.

It depends, judging by the pacing, if the upcoming ch.7 has the first Alison scene, and then it's fair to assume ch. 8 should have it since ch. 6 had the first Olivia scene.
So maybe in Q2/Q3 since we should get 2 more chapters this year if SirD manages to stick to what he said (and that's very big "if", bigger than Maddie's ass).
