The best possible outcome would be if Alorth would start that thread. Could you please try to contact him via DM/PM/Discord/etc. to find out if he would start such a thread?

If all else fails, I will start such a thread myself.

When i read all this complains in here. I honestly think its wasted time and energy and not worth to bomb the F95 full within this thread. If it makes you feel better...ok.
But when i look at the stats of RK Studios then im sure they dont care about this complainings as long as there not going down to 2K or 3K a month- Right now, even if they lost a few percent overall and if we calculate the 16% Patreon fee (i heard) and after taxes is that still a good income they generate and they dont have to worry. And Alorth is generating on his Patreon also around 4,2K.


In my opinion. Its just a game and not life saving, necessary or whatever. Who the f*** cares if the update needs longer or not.

Nobody said it was lifesaving. You're just putting up another strawman. And yes, the fact that the devs don't care, "got your money" is one of the key points. And the source of much amusement. You're about as amusing as the retard still wearing masks. And just as conspicuous.

I understand what you are saying and Radiant exhibits poor communication and release consistency (both in terms of updates and monthlies/teasers).

The people who have the right to call them out on this - and expect a response - are their supporters.

This thread has a tendency to become an echo chamber filled with a lot of negativity - much of it from those who are not paying any $ for what they take.

People can complain away on F95 about what a dev should/should not do - But the constant telling me how to spend my $ is Always No Go territory for me.

I've recommended to the devs that they hire someone to review F95 comments and give them a summary of what is helpful, but to otherwise avoid this thread because their time is better spent doing almost Anything else.

Reading the endless criticism found here will Not help with creativity or the drive to get better - especially when those with skin in the game - supporters who pay $ - will give the devs the meal they are looking for - a main course of honest feedback, but without a few side dishes of vitriol.

The people that have the right to complain about the speed of development are those with skin in the game. (I.e. paying patrons)

I think this is a fairly reasonable position to take.

The people that have the right to eyeroll and make fun of bad excuses deployed by certain developers is pretty much everyone.

*Especially* when it's the conveniently vague 'health issues' excuse. I swear, 'AVN dev' is apparently on the same level as underwater welders, offshore oil workers, and coal miners when it comes to dangerous occupations.
