I think, unfortunately, will become the opposite. As in some time, most subscribers will give up the game will be immediately abandoned. There will be no income? So why this game?

So... where's Alorth's updates for his own games?Also where is our guy which likes to defend dammed and likes to blame Alorth
I don't defend SirD, I call you dumba$$es out for attacking one dev while giving the other a pass. Neither of them can get their games out on time.
"Alorth, please save Radiant! I know your own games are even less likely to hit your deadlines, and you have no motivation to actually do it since you can just sit back and rake in the cash, but pleaaase!!!" it's almost as pathetic as his pretending that his pedo furry games made Radiant when Radiant pulls more support in than all of Alorth's personal games, past and present. It's really pathetic how you guys will accept him telling you he's currently holding up development so you can continue to attack SirD. Alorth has been saying for fucking years he would do something... he never has, he never will. At this point, SirD is his fucking meal ticket. And if you had ever actually played Alorth's games, you'd very quickly realize he is one of the worst writers in adult games.
Radiant is is several levels higher than his typical quality of work in all regards. The same is true for SirD. Polarity ain't winning anyone over with the visuals or story. People really need to stop riding Alorth's nuts. If you were actually remotely capable of being critical of both devs, I'd be all for it. Yet this entire thread was 800+ pages of stroking off Alorth and attacking SirD when I found this game. Not one person, not even after 3+ years of Alorth saying the exact same shit, was anyone willing to even question if he ever actually said shit to SirD to begin with. Alorth has no fucking problem blasting SirD behind his back. And its funny how many times SirD has said this is the first time he's heard any of what is being said. It's almost like the dude doesn't have a spine and just runs around pushing off blame to protect his own ass.

What has that do to with the Radiant update ?
I don't play that game, nor do i follow the development of it, so i can't say much about it.
I played it once, some years ago. Nice visuals and models, but sandbox and a lack of a even somewhat interesting story made me quit the game.
His games ? No.
Alorth's visuals make the game popular thought. Like it or not, but good visuals and animations are what racks in the most cash.
Well yeah, a lot of people here played Polarity before and immediately saw SirD using the exact same exuses he used for Polarity for nearly 2 years before abandoning the game, wait that be wrong, he is still planing to make that game.
Also, it is SirD which was responsible for the most delays, something he himself admitted multiple times over the years.
And he just did so again...so for what delays Radiant has do you want to blame Alorth for ?
Honestly what should he even do ? He can say something to Dammed, but that is it.
It is their project so it's not like he could fire Dammed even if he wanted, he could make a new project with the assets he has made for Radiant and hire a writer, but yeah, i don't see him doing that.
Besides the strong and emotionally first release of Radiant, the writing and story really took a nosedive after that.
Throwing a ton of side girls at the player, the nonsense with the cop or how the mother of the dead boy acted etc.
(iirc Dammed did the same thing with Polarity, having a game which seems to be focused on 2 mother/daughter pairs and suddenly throwing a dozen side girls in)
So i'd clearly say SirD isn't a much better writer than Alorth is, neither belong to the worst writers here, nor to the best ones either.
I certainly don't think Alorth is blameless for this clown show here, it is their game and both their responsibility.
Beside that, i can't say anything about Alorth's game as i don't play or follow it. From other dev's he works with i didn't hear any bad about Alorth or unreasonable delays on his part.
I played Polarity since it's first release.
SirD has and is lying so often that it's impossible to take most of what he says seriously...
Like him suddenly saying he has a writer's block, even less that he would considere hiring a writer because the time between updates are to long.

What a devil your Alorth is - at least he is responsible for the delays in Radiant and Polarity (yes, yes, that one too). We should check if he had a hand in delaying BaDIK and other good games.
By the way, he also ate my favourite biscuit... what a little rascal.
Meanwhile, SirD is on Discord discussing harems. He's probably getting inspired to finally start writing. He should keep an eye on Alorth, or he'll eat his inspiration too.

Who cares? No matter the ETA he can give, he will not respect it anyway. Might as well say "one day maybe". His last ETA was only to try to keep current subs subbed...So I lost track, what's the update ETA now?

The whole situation begins to irritate me. I am not interested in shifting responsibility. As a player, I am only interested in updates. Unfortunately, this is not the only game on my list that has such problems. I think I will now only play (and support) finished games.

In discord a couple of days ago SirD when asked if there will be an update in THIS month answered - 100%. So it's until "the end of the month" again. And then "a few more days". And so on round and round forever.So I lost track, what's the update ETA now?
Well if the developer behaves like this, it's a perfectly reasonable solution. On the other hand, it's a bit hasty to extend it to all developers. Need a reasonable balance, and when deciding whether to support or not to look not only at the game but also how the developer behaves.

Are these showdowns Alorth and SirD intercom will be woven into the main plot of the Radiant? These showdowns between them are a great romance.

March 2024 (End of Ch. 6 release): "We are making good progress and staying on track Ch. 7 is scheduled for July to maintain a 3-4 month release schedule."
July 2024: "Hey guys we know we said July, but it looks like August, ONE MORE MONTH! NO REPEATS OF THE PAST WE'RE CHANGED DEVS! we will keep you updated."
*Nothing for a few months*
November 2024: "Hey guys, we're working REALLY HARD to get the update out, it will come out soon lmao."
December 2024: "Had a few setbacks, but we are working on getting the update out to the testers and will be released to you shortly."
January 2025: "Hey guys, I didn't like the way the Chapter was written so I re-wrote approximately 20% and that will be out to testers and in your hands before the end of the month."
February 2025: "I have writers block... feel bad for me... give me money... wahhhhh"
