Because of Brooke's daughter (and maybe Alita too). They'd have to erase her from the game completely, even though there is nothing lewd with her. Steam is very sensitive about age in adult games, you can't even mention high school even if your characters are all 18+

Regarding Brooke's daughter Nora, I wonder how she'll react once she finds out her mother's dating the man she punched in the nether regions sometime ago in her house (and when she also finds out she'll become a big sister to the future child or children her mother might have, provided the protagonist chose to impregnate Brooke during their sexy time). That part of the story will be seen some updates later (as for the waiting, that's going to take quite some time).
