After the sexy time between the protagonist and Brooke, the latter's received the fertilization as God intended. Just paraphrasing something Rachel said, who's also looking to receive the same treatment since her husband's infertile (and will very much go ape-shit once he finds out about that).
That'd be highly improbable, given he was nearly a decade in coma (I can't recall if the protagonist's parents had a lawyer keeping tabs to ensure the hospital wouldn't disconnect the plug keeping him alive after they passed away and paid for it). Then he was in therapy to regain his ability to walk and use his muscles, plus other stuff. At best Brooke probably saw the interviews and photos he made once he became a renowned photographer (and made her determined to join the company where he's working. And if the players made the choice, she might even have a child with him). If that's the case, then it'd be interesting to see again the nurse that cared for him after he woke up eventually in the story later, I think her name's Victoria.Will SirD going to reveal as a big plot twist that MC is Norah dad? like he donated sperm or something in the past.
