Yes that's Brooke's daughter. Something lewd did transpire (with the taboo patch). There is no slight alteration to the model which will make her legal.

A few inches of height, slightly less round features in her face, A-cup breasts, perhaps wider hips, and a minimal change in hairstyle and/or clothing and I'd start to assume she could be 13+ and even ovulating. But as it stands yes, she's pre-pubescent.

Oh I agree, but text changes are easy to make, and she doesn't have that much screen time. I liked her presentation, and wouldn't mind at all if she went 13/14+ in tone just to keep her. She's definitely the better option when compared to "crazy-lady-who-shall-not-be-named".

13 is still not legal. And then there is the issue that it's Brooke's daugher who is supposed to be early 20. You can make her adopted but it's quite a big change and even more unbelievable (who let her be adopted by a young single woman)

At the end of the day, it's avoidable content. If you like that kind of stuff in a work of fiction and it doesn't bleed over into real life, I'm libertarian enough that I don't see any reason to concern myself with you doing you.

We were discussing Rule 7 on F95, which applies to pre-pubescent LIs, not legality in different countries or for payment processors. Females typically start ovulating between 12 and 13, and develop more pronounced physical features as puberty progresses (13+). She's clearly not 20, but with a few changes to visual presentation and some makeup she could potentially pass for 16 or 18. I'd assume that would be a goal for the developer to keep her in the lineup without a patch, and so the payment processors could allow it later.

Sure sure but the issue is that F95 will ban games (they already acted) with that fetish whatever we think about it.
The actual rule indeed states "prepubescent" but like any other platform banning that type of content, I assume it'll target all underage content with the updated rule (the thing is that rule will get stricter, that's why we discussed it in the first place)

Not really, nope. Pre-pubescent is pretty specific: "relating to or in the period preceding puberty". i.e. before they have developed any pronounced sexual or gender-specific physical features. They simply want to avoid content with children in it, assumed or otherwise. Dodging that with a patch (unofficial or not) is what F95 wants to get rid of. And while I'm a perv at heart and liked the character, she *was* skirting the line for female attractiveness by quite a bit. I could easily see changes from the developer to avoid that, but *only* to get the model up to 13+ ranges.

Personal observation is the game, as it stands, is a trainwreck. If he'd stayed on point with the triplets, the sexy nutjob and maybe, JUST MAYBE the triplets' little girlfriend from back home I think it could stand a chance. But the little kid is, just that, a little kid. The story line with the two office chicks either needs to be cut or completely redone to keep it from being so gratuitous and dumb. All that crap is just clutter taking away from the central theme, Dude meeting his unknown daughters and the relationship they build. Get serious, the little girl's dialouge is written for a frickin 8 year old. Let alone the way she looks. That particular debate is, sorry, just pointlessly ridiculous. By my vote, pedophilia isn't a fetish. It's a felony, and a twisted perversion. I also wouldn't doubt, not for a second, that there are a lot of eyes on what happens next with this story. And I'm not talking fans. The incest angle of this story was provocative enough. The rest of this stuff, again in my personal opinion, is just asking for it. I'd put a lot more realistic hope on Alorth's side deal. Hopefully he writes with a clearer head and more focused story line.
