If the timeline were at what we'd consider today to be societal minimums...if she was 16 when she got pregnant, add 9 months, he was sixteen when he died, this is 19 years later, she is, minimum, 52. By the timeline. By the renders, she's about 40, tops, if she's a woman with great genes and good makeup.

Her son was 18, and he died ~18 years ago (triplets' age). If she was 18 herself when she got him, she's now 18*3=54
MC is ~36 himself and she could be his mother. So yes she looks very young for her age.

I think the problem is when you view the son as the driver of the car MC crashed into. So if she was 20 when she gave birth, then presume the son was 20 when he was in the crash, she'd be 40. Then be generous and say another 20 until the time the triplets show up at MC's door. That would make her 60.

However, if her son was a child and a passenger when the crash happened you could say she's only around 40. Problem is I don't think it ever concretely says how old Natalie's son was, so its very unclear how old she's meant to be.

You forget the "cooking periods" from your calculations.
But I also believe that the dev had lower ages in mind when writing the story, the characters have pretty childish demeanor and you can drive at 16 (but every pixel have to be 18 for legal reasons).
