This game is what I picked up out of my backlog this time. The first thing I want to talk about when it comes to it is that I've seen some really weird comments about it. Comments that make me wonder what the people that made them were smoking, because it must be some really good shit if they were hallucinating that hard. The big two were that "gay content is mandatory" and that "H-scenes are hard to find/trigger"... both of which are blatantly false.

Well, I suppose the gay content is mandatory is you want to unlock Chris' Ultimate Skill... but as far as I'm aware, there's no particular reason for it and even if you do bother with that, Chris is, tbh, a shite party member at boss-fights, and his utility against common mobs pretty much disappears once you're done with Arcilla's reconstruction.

As for the H-scenes, they're all in Home base, a couple can be gotten early while home base is on Magiatol, but as far as I can tell, there's no problem if you don't pick them up there and wait until Arcilla has been reclaimed and the reconstruction phase has begun. All events are either in the castle or in the town and there's even an NPC close to the audience room that tells you if any events are available. The appearance of events if locked partially by story progress and partially by either level of the character's affinity value, both of which rise as you fight with those girls (and one boy) in your party.

Really, it's pretty basic-bitch RPG stuff. You interact with your companions are you base (or camp or whatever, depends on the game). Did the people that make these comments never play RPGs in their life or something...? Who knows I guess...? It's just weird to see those types of comments when this game makes it really easy to collect all events in a single play through if you want too. It may be tedious though on account of needing to fight with all those girls (and one boy) in the party and at one point do their ultimate skill quests before the last event each of them has is unlocked... but it's not hard and it's definitely not complicated...

Since I started with that stuff, I may as well comment on the H-scenes in general. The H-scenes are pretty vanilla. Wolf fucks the various girls (and one boy) in a variety of positions, but there's nothing particularly crazy. There's a couple of exhibitionism scenes and whatnot, but the composition of the scenes themselves are pretty basic. All of the scenes are about Wolf (the MC) and one or more of the girls (and one boy). Hell, Chris pops up in 1 threesome scene and even in that scene, the most he gets is a handjob from one of the other girls. So the content is really geared towards vanilla and harem lovers. I have no idea what that rape tag is doing over there tbh... You have dubious consent at best... and you kind of have to squint really hard for that too...

That said, the build-up to the H-scenes is... uh... there isn't any tbh. At least not for most girls. They just end up jumping on Wolf's dick for the flimsiest reasons and just keep going. The only relationship that has some work put into it, barely, is Eleanora, who's his childhood friend and fuck-buddy since who knows when. What? Relationships? Character development? Pft. Don't need that. The game tries to pretend there's some there with some throwaway lines between the smut, but don't let it fool you, the stuff is just there to provide at least some flimsy excuses for the fucking around.

Much like many other games of this type, there's no real effort made into exploring the fact that the guy is fucking multiple girls (and one boy). The most you get is some random threesomes and a short sequence during the ending where everyone wants to jump on his dick and Wolf apparently runs away due to being too successful.

No. You do not get some ending scenes with all of the girls (and one boy) getting fucked, no pregnancies, nothing. I'm not sure if completing or not completing all of the H-events does anything to the ending... but... even if it does, it'd barely make a difference tbh. The core of the ending wouldn't change.

Oh, and there's no H-scenes for Johanna, Wolf's hot mom. Waste of a hot design. Total disappointment.

All in all, I suppose the H-stuff is ok if you're into big boobs and vanilla, because that's the majority of the content. However, anyone with harder kinks can easily skip this game.

What about anything else? Well the story is... Ugh... It's ok, I guess? Pretty standard JRPG stuff with basically no twists whatsoever... Spoiler: Thales gets all the Eras he actually wants, turns into a wannabe god and of course you kick his ass. Oh, and the Emperor is Wolf's father. Both of these things are pretty obvious early on. Basically, the game doesn't really have anything to it that's particularly interesting in terms of story. No particularly exceptional humor and honestly barely any character development. It doesn't really feel like Wolf changes all that much from the start to the end of the story, even though the story tries to tell you that, it does a bad job of showing it. It does a poor job in general of addressing certain plot-points. Like the fact that Eleanora was kept alive by an Era. Or the fact that apparently Earth was hell without Eras and Orbs and there's no explanation about why it wouldn't become such again. Or what's the deal with Celine and Eve, though the implication there seems to be that Celine is the goddess, the one that banished Eras and Orbs from Trasolari to begin with and just remade the place after Thales' bullshit before apparently going on vacation to spend time with Johanna and Wolf.

Basically, it's not the most consistent or coherent bit of world-building out there... It's ok, I suppose, for an H-game, but it's hardly amazing.

Can't say I really recommend this game for the story.

So what about the gameplay?

Well... I'll give the devs points for trying to do more than basic-bitch RPGM stuff. That said, while they had nice ideas, their execution leaves a lot to be desired on a lot of levels. They tried to make an action-RPG type thing in RPGM, but it has some obvious issues. Stuff like the fact that melee characters can't attack up or down is problematic, only left and right. The targeting of skills is really iffy at times. A particularly big problem is the fact that enemy's hit areas is not entirely consistent, and that the combat is forced in mini-arenas for regular monsters, and those don't always give you options in terms of moving around, which makes the fact that this is supposed to be an action RPG a bit pointless because you can't properly dodge in a lot of fights. Only boss fights.

The whole thing gets weirder with the fact that different characters have different XP requirements to level-up. As a specific example, Eleanore (which is the first character to join Wolf) and Celine (who is basically the last), both have ~260k XP requirement for level 45 (which is near max). Cattleya and what'sherface barbarian girl need ~400k XP for lvl 45... Why? I have no bloody idea, but it can make level grinding needlessly annoying if you want to keep all characters at the level cap.

That said... you don't really need to do that. The game is designed to be easy enough for you to use any combination of characters, aside from the fact that Wolf is always in the party. Basically, dump all stat enhancers aside from magic-attack ones on Wolf, and then form whatever party you want and have fun. I personally recommend Cindy and Eleanora, with you controlling Cindy. Just drop in heals and the attack buff here and there, and just watch stuff die. It even works in boss fights.

Of course, because the game is so easy, it quite frankly quickly becomes rather boring. I completed Arcilla's reconstruction pretty fast just by grinding to keep all the sluts at the level-cap whenever the level-cap increased, and once you do that, it pretty much rains with consumables and money and you have the best gear available. However, aside from the stat-boosters, I never needed any items. I only used some of the buff items in the last couple of boss fights just so they'd be done with even a little bit faster. By that point, Wolf was a total murder-blender and tbh, I wouldn't have been surprised if he'd been able to beat the Final boss solo, on auto, without any consumables... but there's no way to test that.

It doesn't help that the control scheme is... just plain stupid. I have no idea why the dev did the whole thing with pressing C to access skills and whatnot, when they could have done a more sane keybind thing and kept any sub-menus for party member orders and whatnot.

Speaking of party-members. Party members on Auto are... uh... well, it varies. For example, Chris doesn't use his drop buff skill as often as he should and instead tends to spam the hide skill even when he's not targeted. Cattleya gets a damage skills and starts sucking because she doesn't constantly tank and she sucks at doing damage. Cindy's usage of her skills is really weird.... Basically, characters that have utility to them rather than just pure damage tend to perform poorly under AI control. The only partial exception is Celine, because her one regen skill isn't that bad when she drops it randomly in fights and in rest, she has pretty damaging skills with high range so she rarely misses, if ever. Eleanore also tends to do very well in the party when on auto, and of course, Wolf doesn't lose much performance when on auto vs play control.

Then there's the gearing, which is boring as all hell. Just basic bitch stat-boosters for the most part. All characters have 3 gear slots. A weapon, an armor and an accessory slot. Weapon types are unique per character, and they're just plain stat sticks. Armor types can vary between characters to an extent depending on their class, supposedly, but they're also just lazy stat-sticks. The accessories are... for the most part, just stat sticks. You don't even have debuff immunity or anything. There's one that lets you rez once per battle (which you'll never need) and a few that give you buffs that increase one stat or another the longer a battle lasts that are presumably for boss fights... but none of those are particularly useful or needed. Gearing is just as boring as the rest of the game.

Honestly, I can't recommend this game for its gameplay. It tries, but it fails to be genuinely interesting. Skill selection is too limited and uninteresting. The fights are too small and self-contained for action RPGs. The bosses are too same-y in terms of their actual abilities, even if they're different in looks. The combat degenerates too quickly into total tedium, and this is not helped by all the grind you need to do for levels. Granted, the game is not horribly grindy. I've dealt with way worse in terms of JRPGs... but said grind just isn't very interesting and there just isn't enough skill or gear progression to make things interesting. Once you're done with the reconstruction and the ultimate skill quests, you're done, that's it. There's nothing left to get anymore. There's no gear to find on the maps or anything. It's just levels for the sake of levels.

I wouldn't be surprised if you can beat the game at lvl 40 tbh...

At the end, I'll say that I guess this game is just ok overall. It's not particularly amazing in any capacity. It's an ok time waster, but that's all that I can say about it. It needed more polish, and its gameplay definitely suffered from having too many characters and needing to balance them all.

I'm not sure if I skipped this along the way, but where or how do I learn new skills?
You get a few extra skills by leveling up, and then you unlock the girls' (and Chris') "Ultimate skill" by doing side quests with them, which are available after doing some of their events and progressing the story to the point where you have all of them available. MC gets his ultimate skill as part of story progression.

Most characters have 3 skills and 1 "Ult", for a total of 4 active skills. Knight girl only has 3 active skills, including her ult, and I think Chris was the same? I don't remember exactly...

Basically, don't expect much in the way of skills.

Overall, the game plays like an inferior version of the Mana series. Specifically Secret of Mana since that's the one I have the most experience with.

No one gets to fuck her. Well, supposedly the Emperor did at some point, given that he's Wolf's father, but who cares about off-screen sex, right? Total waste of a really hot design. Still massively disappointed when I remember.

Dear developer!
Is it normal that my antivirus detected a virus in your game?
I downloaded the full version, not the compressed one.
