I always wanted to do a proper booty-eating animation so I took the downtime while me and Rikolo work on the Ada and Lady D animation to pump this one out, full sound and everything.
As far as amount of work, this is about the most I've poured time into my work per second of animation, due to all the variation. I spent more time than usual on the sfx trying to make sure it was as good sounding as I could make it, it's definitely a bit more of a struggle right now judging sound correctly since some of the subtle nuances I was able to pick up on before and certain frequencies I can't hear nearly as good as before. That being said I think it should still be right up there with my other work. I'm eventually going to connect all the animations I've done with these two into a larger project but that'll be a bit down the line, for now it's back to the collab which I'll have another update on sooner than last time since I finally regained my work ethic/hours I was doing before the incident. That being said I also might have another surprise before the completion of that project and between more sections I'll upload as I complete them.
Now just some info about the hearing loss and tinnitus for those who have been curious how I am. First off the fact that some of you guys were/are asking how I am and worried about me really helped me realize, and as weird as it might sound makes me feel like my purpose is bigger than I thought before, not sure if that makes complete sense but that's how I've felt. The past month, and now more than ever I wanted to say how thankful I am that you guys from everything I've seen have been nothing but supportive as I was recovering physically, but mostly mentally; the hearing loss and tinnitus has been the toughest thing I've ever dealt with in my life by far but more and more each day I've felt better about things and regained the mentality I had before, I've been going to therapy to help as well which I was only able to pay for because of the support I've gotten from you all so even more than usual I want to let you all know how thankful I am for supporting me and enjoying my work.
To give you an idea of how things were before, the first few weeks I was waking up about 3-7 times a night to find my body uncontrollably shaking, I had no idea what was going on since I was still able to conduct myself normally, talk normally, act normally, while it was happening, but apparently my body was in shock for a long while after which was something totally new to me. I figured out how to deal with everything from therapy, but also advice I've actually gotten from people who reached out to me personally who also have tinnitus and similar issues they've dealt/are dealing with. At this point I'm able to generally function totally normally, and it hasn't happened for awhile now as I've gotten used to things. It was tough especially in the beginning but I now have a strong mentality to keep working, move forward, and get better in any areas I can.
