Ah turns out I installed it in the wrong place. Dumb to give me the option to turn the hentai off or not but then also make me dl a patch just to see it. Got everything but 2 scenes. Not sure how to unlock those, but the ones from the OP are just unlocked when you beat the game and plays before it ends.
