The Great Thunder Steel Raiouger sounds better in my opinion, if making a little less sence. Apparently there are a few new scenes but nothing much. Maybe worth playing again if you haven't played the last one in a long time but you will probably remember most of the stuff anyways. Gaptax has a certain art style after all that is not easy to forget.

No. The Good ending is basically the Male MC (Kouta) making the corruption of the main heroine (Asuka) stop.

The hgame is uncensored guys, that's the main difference here. Fortunately I didn't play this game yet so there's a whole lot to explore here for me.

Kagura picks games that have already been fan translated. They do the corrections and fix some bugs and then profit. Can't blame them really, good business model.
