Ah yes. Rance. Old school. Pioneer of its genre. Its time has come and gone but people of my age has never been given a bigger motivation to learn to read kanji back in those days. Rance will never be forgotten.
Still waiting for Rance 3 remake, i've played Rance 1 just before it got remake, same with Rance 2, it have got remake a week after i finished it, i will not fall for this shit again.
Before that i guess i will play Magnum...

Can't say for sure but based on memory, no. Sengoku Rance is a different kind of beast in it's own right. The gameplay is also super different.
