Found it... not sure what version this is up to but here's a walkthrough
General Info
Leveling up: There are no levels in the game. In order to do more damage you must upgrade your weapon. In order to take less you must upgrade your clothes.
Nudity: In order for Eva to be naked she must have a perversion stat of at least 10. You can check this by using the Status Card item. Once she has this stat simply unequip the current clothing item from the equip menu.
Shop: There's a shop in the middle of town. Currently available are a basic sword,heavy clothes and a potion.
Gold: To earn gold Eva can defeat monsters,work on the farm or whore herself out. You may also sell your inferior items.
Eva's house: You can sleep in the bed to recover HP/MP.
Achievements: They're listed in game. The guide will only point out specific ones as many are obtainable in more than one way.
Common Enemies
Ghosts: Currently inhabiting Shinra Mansion. They don't currently have any achievements or scenes. Losing to one simply results in a game over.
Orcs: These are the most common enemies. Not so tough one on one but difficult in groups. They drop gold. Losing to them will result in a rape and bad ending where Eva is enslaved by the orc. If you lose to the orcs guarding the camp you will serve the horde thus unlocking that achievement.

Orc Slave: Often accompanied by an Orc and possibly 3 other slaves. It's better to run when you're up against 4 slaves and an orc. A single slave with an orc isn't too difficult. A single slave is the easiest enemy to defeat. Losing to an Orc Slave results in the same ending as losing to the orcs guarding their camp. Defeating a slave results in them dropping their collar.
Hypno: A nontraditional battle. It does not attack HP but uses hypnosis. After a particular amount (5) of turns Eva will be hypnotized,taken away and raped if she fails to defeat H\hypno in time. Defeating one will net you a pendulum that can be used on orcs.

Quests
Quests are listed in order of appearance however for the most part may be completed in any order as long as they've been unlocked.
Quest 1
Save Vivi!
Just north of your house you'll see a woman standing outside of a mansion. Speak to her and she'll tell you her daughter has become lost while playing inside and asks you to help find her. Agree to do so to begin the quest.
Don't go into the mansion just yet. Instead climb the vine to the left and enter the window. There will be a treasure chest. Open it up to receive the very important Spellbreaker.
Climb back down and enter the mansion.
You can encounter the ghost enemies here. The current build only results in a game over upon losing. Go to the end of the hall and then to the right to see a glowing pentagram on the floor. Walk up and press Z to use the Spellbreaker and proceed up the stairs.
In the corner of the room there will be a monster. Walk up to him. You've found Vivi now you need to save her from Lost No.. He's not complicated to defeat. Just heal when you need to,after about 3 turns. Watch for critical hits. If you save this quest for later and use the 'Thunder Sword' he'll be very easy to beat. Upon defeating him Vivi will be saved and you can return outside to her mother who will thank you.

Alternatively if you lose to Lost No. Eva will be raped unlocking the appropriate achievements that come with it. She'll be tossed out the window and later wake up in her bed. A second loss will result in another rape scene. A third loss will result in a game over and...

Also if you defeat Lost No. after losing to him the first time, once outside if you talk to Vivi while naked you'll receive the games first (and currently only) lesbian scene.

The Farm
Exiting your house and taking the path to the right will lead you to a farm. Eva will have the option of working as a stable mare or being milked if she has high enough perversion.

The Inn
There's no quests here but it should be mentioned. You can pay 10G to stay the night. Why would you when you've got your own bed? This will give the option of Eva masturbating.

There's a scholarly fellow sitting at a desk in the inn. Speaking to him will allow you to change Eva's name to whatever you'd like.
There's a shady fellow standing in the corner. Speaking to him will have him offer money in exchange for sexual favors. If Eva's perversion isn't high enough she'll just say she's not that kind of girl and slap him. If it is high enough she can have sex with him and receive gold.

Quest 2
The Legend...(wait for it)...ary XXX Picture
Speak to the old man wandering around the center of town. He'll tell you of a legendary XXX picture that's been stolen by Orcs and taken to their camp.
Attempting to enter the camp straight up will result in having to fight 8 orcs which isn't easy if it's do-able at all. Losing the battle results in being enslaved by the horde.
Achievement unlocked: For the Horde!
Out on the world map wander around until you find a single orc slave or orc + 1 Slave or (if you are feeling really confident and lucky) a popular orc (orc + 4 slaves) and win the battle. You'll receive an orc Slave Collar for defeating any of these enemies. Defeating a lone orc soldier (one that is not accompanied by a slave) may also get you a slave collar, but the chance is very low, while a slave will always get you a collar. Eva will have to remove her clothes and put the collar on to gain entry into the camp. If she's previously been raped/worked on the farm/a whore her perversion should be high enough to get naked. If she hasn't you'll have to go to the center of town. There will be butterflies next to the merchant. Talk to them and you can manually change your horny and perversion levels to the required 10.
Now enter the Orc camp and find the treasure chest in the middle of the camp to acquire the picture. Exit the camp,put Eva's clothes back on and return it to the old man in town.
Achievement unlocked: Inhibitions, Me? (when entering the camp if not previously unlocked)
You'll be rewarded with the Royal Pass allowing entry to the castle and 2 more quests.
Quest 3
Rescue the Princess!
Enter the castle and speak to the king.
Oh dear, it appears the princess has been kidnapped. A princess' most common activity. Guess who has to rescue her? That's right! Eva. At this point it's highly suggested you purchase the 'Basic Sword' item from the vendor in town. If you don't have the gold beat up a few orcs and hypnos or work on the farm or as a whore to earn some money. If you do the cake quest first you get the currently strongest sword in the game which helps when fighting the boss of this quest.
EDIT: After talking to the king, follow the hallway to the left of the throne room, and enter the top room at the end of the hall. Go up then to the right by the bookshelves, and interact with them until you find the one talking about Orthanc (YOU MUST DO THIS OR THE TOWER DOESNT APPEAR)
Head out to the world map and go on over to the right until you come across a tower and enter.
Walk up the middle and take a right then go down,right more and up. There will be a staircase to the right,attempting to go down there gets Eva growled at and she refuses to go so take the left.
Work your way to the middle and go up. You'll get a notice about strange chants and see a treasure chest. The chest contains the mighty Thunder Sword. BUT WAIT! It's a trap! Keep your basic sword (or club) equipped, unless you have the warrior's sword (see cake quest walk-through). Don't equip the Thunder Sword. Proceed to the end of the hallway where you'll find the kidnapped princess with the evil Rahmu, God of Thunder who's rather intent on sacrificing her. Good thing you didn't equip that sword. Unless of course you did. In which case your attacks will only heal him. When the battle commences a monster will begin raping the princess. You must defeat Rahmu before the monster fills up the princess with cum or it's game over (end of round 9). Rahmu himself doesn't do a lot of damage but it's more a matter of time. This can be difficult if you've only got the basic club. You'd likely need a critical hit on him. However if you have the basic sword or warrior's sword it's more than doable. Losing to Rahmu only results in a game over scene. No rape but it's not the usual game over either.
You'll be rewarded with the Library key. It's in the lower left room of the floor you're on. You can find a book titled "Udderly Delicious" which will increase Eva's milking level at the farm which in turn increases payout.
Return the princess to the king (she'll participate in battles along the way) and you'll receive thanks from the king,queen and princess along with 2000 gold.

Quest 4
The Cake - Truth or Lie?
Enter the castle kitchen and speak to the chef. Turns out the queen likes cake, as queens often do. The chef however needs a very special ingredient: Orc Commander sperm. Head to the camp. Once inside you can either get cum from an orc Soldier, or (try to) get cum from the Orc Commander. If you decide to settle for a soldier just enter one of the normal huts. Inside there's an orc Soldier you can have sex with (there might be other orcs present, but they are of no use to you). After you have sex with him you need to carefully choose what you say: one option allows you to get away without any trouble, one will get you exposed as an intruder and attacked by a group of 8 orcs, and the last one will get the orc suspicious. He will ask for the name of your trainer. Three of the possible answers will get you exposed as an intruder and attacked by a group of 8 orcs, the last one allows you to get away without further trouble and you get orc Cum. Once you have gotten the cum of one of the soldiers you can no longer have sex with any of them. You can now return to the chef and give her the cum, or you can try to get the cum of the commander. If you decide to get the cum of the commander (regardless of whether you got the cum of a soldier) find and enter the largest hut (the one with a couple of guards outside). Watch the commander fuck his slave, then the slave leaves and you can speak to the commander to try and have sex with him. That female warrior is his current slave so he does not wish to have sex with you. Head outside, up and a little to the left to find the warrior and tell her the commander is in trouble. You will lead her into the mountains and fight her. You can tell how close to victory you by what she does: when she has been wounded enough she will sometimes defend instead of attacking, and when she gets even more wounded she will sometimes use a healing spell (the same spell Eva has). If you win you get the (currently) strongest sword in the game. If you lose you'll be enslaved for orc breeding and unlock another achievement.
Achievement unlocked: Green Kids
Now go talk to the commander again. You'll be told you need to prove yourself first and given the task of capturing three strong girls for the horde. Leave the camp and head east around the mountains to the town (Midgar) on the far side of the island. Inside the town, travel north until you see a bridge allowing you to go east and go east until you can go south across another bridge. You should be looking at a big building which is the school and contains two of the three girls you need. Enter the building and the first girl will be on the left, talk to her with clothes on and challenge her to fight her and if you win head to the right to find the other girl in this building. After beating the two girls there is nothing else to do here so head outside and return to the main path in the town (the area surrounded by water with flowers running up the middle). Head up and at the first bridge going right take it. To find the dojo, follow the road east and you will see a building with a door, go in and challenge the female warrior. At any time you can go to the dungeon (entrance is in the commander's hut) and see each girl you have captured so far get tortured. Note: If you lose to any of the girls you get fully healed and you can challenge them again. There are no negative consequences for losing. Return to the commander and remember to take your clothes off before entering the orc camp. Talk to the commander, get fucked, and get orc cum+ (if you had previously gotten orc cum you automatically discard it). Now you can return to the maid. Currently this is as far as you can advance in this quest.
Midgar
There's another town on the right side of the map. There's a church that will lower perversion with a bell to ring, a dojo, a school and the local strip club called "The Blue Lobster" but there's currently no activities available. The dojo and the school have the three females you may need to complete the first part of the cake quest.
