You can probably get away with NM-Gray 1, maybe aging just a tad bit more, if not wanting to do that, it wouldn't be a big deal.

If I could suggest the old model was good but if you do want to change then it's better to go with NM-GRAY 2 / NM-OLD Hair. Avoid 2nd and 3rd ones as they don't really look grandma type.
This is order, 1 that looks most likely grandma and 5 being least likely.

I going to try to rank them based on age I get the feeling for. If you image search "stock image women aged 55 to 60" all of them could easily fit in that range.
Youngest to oldest would be.
1: New Model
2: NM-Gray 1
3: NM-Gray 2
4: NM-Old Hair

The original has the most age lines on the face and a more subdued style which commonly in stories indicates an older age. While the New Model is by far the most youthful and could pass for as young as mid to late 30's. NM-Gray 2 feels more like the 49-50 point out of all of them still mature but maybe not ready to let go of their younger style and switch to a more age-appropriate style. That said my preference would be NM-Old Hair as I feel you could use original for a past 65 while your range of 50-65 has a slightly younger appearance but from reading the way that character behaves, I feel a more subdued vibe and less youthful appearance fit better.

I second this notion, just not as harsh as the OP.
The sister is pretty nice for us petite lovers. But the game most certainly skews towards what they called "cows with enourmous tits". More fairly categorized as, normal big titted milfy types.
