Raptus (Ep10 - Part 4 - v1.0)

ATTENTION:
- Some major scenes may not be accessible due to the choices you've taken during the game!
- You may have to reinstall the android version, try to install the update, if it doesn't work then try to uninstall the older version and replace it with the new one, you may lose your saves though!

So, who is this guy and why does he get trusted to upload? The link for the PC version is the same as in my post but the link for the MacOS version has a different url.
Just crosschecked all of the links, both MacOS and MacOS Compressed are not only different links but different files entirely, the guy got the zip, shat on it and reuploaded it while leaving the Android and PC version untouched. I'm honestly angry and disappointed this twat with a few posts can get his files uploaded freely.

Uh guys, watch out.

The macOS versions (both compressed and uncompressed) in the first post contain malware - specifically "mac.c macOS Stealer".

At a quick glance, it seems to try and steal crypto assets, as well as login credentials from the system keychain, various Chromium-based browsers and also Telegram.

The dropper is in "Raptus_RedStarStudios.app/Contents/Resources/lib/python3.9/rsa/rsa", which contains an embedded base64+gzip'd blob with the payload, which gets run in the background as a daemon when the game starts. It then prompts the user for their password via a generic-looking "This game needs permission to access your save folder" popup, which is how I noticed it.

I haven't checked the Windows/Linux/Android versions yet, but if the source is the same, it wouldn't surprise me if they're also infected with different OS-specific malware.

I've reported it to the mods, but in the meantime you guys may want to check your copies.

(FWIW I grabbed my copy off pixeldrain, not sure if the other mirrors all have the same infected versions or not.)

Sorry if I'm pestering you but this is a serious matter for me, this is the folder you indicated, tomorrow I'll open the reuploaded version on a virtual machine to check if that "rsa" file is in there.

how long was he active on the last game? plus it was abandoned too. heck games from much smaller devs that have been worked on for 10 years have been abandoned so idk why how much time he's worked on it matters.

I came to see if this game was still up in itchio, and i'm glad it is, i personally dont play games with focus in rape and things like that, but my functional brain understand its fiction, seeing people all butthurt with this game in recent posts in really sad, they don't understand they are the very thing that helps with all the censorship and bans we are facing right now.

Good luck with the game dev, who knows if i'll give it a try some day, mostly because the poster girl model is hella fine.

It is not up in Itch.io , If you normally search on itch.io about raptus , or any adult game you wont find it

Itch.io is deindexed most adult content, they only banned certain titles with content they didn't want, mostly games that were tagged with problematics tags, direct link to some games still work.



I can go to the front page and access it's itch.io page still.
