Hey guys! How's it going?

Quick update!

Like I said in my last WIP, I can't show any scenes this month, but I still wanted to give you an update on how things are going.
This month, I worked on two scenes. One is part of the ending, and the other is the intro, which still needs to be finished. I should be able to show something next month.

Next month, I’ll be working on the last two scenes and tweaking some recent ones.

In the meantime, I’ll render the whole scene to see if I can add some new camera angles. I mentioned this before, but I didn’t get the chance to check if it was possible, so I’ll be looking into it this month.

After that, since 95% of the scene with Judy is done, I’ll send everything to the VA.

We’re really close. I still don’t want to give a precise date until everything’s fully ready, but we’re almost there.

Just two more scenes left. I’m being extra careful to make it look good, and yeah, I’m a bit scared of messing it up, but as always, I’ll do my best.

Some real-life stuff has slowed me down, and a few scenes are taking longer than expected, but I’m pushing as fast as I can.

Hi everyone!

How's it going?

Here’s a little WIP!

If you notice any glitches, mesh clipping, or excessive particle effects, they will be fixed ASAP. These clips are a bit outdated due to some problems I had with my 3D software.

The full animation will be released this May! The total video will be 4+ minutes long.

If you want to know more about what’s been happening behind the scenes, keep reading!

First, some good news! Thanks to your support, I was able to build a new PC. This machine will be primarily used for rendering, and when it’s not rendering, I’ll be working on it. The old PC will still be used for work when the new one is rendering, so it should save me some time.

However, the new PC has been giving me some trouble. It seems there’s something in the project files causing them to crash, which doesn’t happen on the old PC. I tried upgrading the software version, but it actually made things worse. The only option I had was to delete some of the new scenes (they were compromised) and recover older backups.

I was aiming for at least 6 minutes of animation, adding more camera angles and some bonus scenes, as mentioned in my previous posts. Unfortunately, due to the instability of the project files, I can’t risk making further changes at this point.

This month, I’ll focus on recovering the lost improvements I made to the older scenes and finishing the last parts of the animation. If I can recover any of the lost content, I’ll release it separately after the full animation is out.

Just to clarify, all the scenes you’ve seen so far are still safe. It’s only some of the newer scenes and improvements I made to older ones that were lost. I’ll be re-implementing those improvements in the next few days.

It’s really unfortunate because I wanted to make the animation longer (and of course, I'm pretty upset because I lost many days of work). I built the new PC to speed up my workflow, but it’s actually slowed me down due to all the crashes and data loss. That being said, the new PC will still be useful for future projects.

As you can see in this WIP, I’ve put together a collection of scenes. I was planning to make a small trailer, but with all the issues I’ve been facing, I couldn’t finish it.

Despite the shorter length, I really hope you’ll enjoy the final animation. I’ve put a lot of work into making it special, and I truly appreciate all the support you’ve given me.

As I mentioned, this month I’ll focus on making the project more stable so I can render everything smoothly and finish the remaining scenes. If the new PC can’t handle the rendering, I’ll use the slower PC, but it will get the job done.

Rash is about to set the bar way too high hahaha

I don't even feel like watching the WIPs so I don't get spoiled, absence makes the heart grow fonder.
