VN - Ren'Py - Ravager [v5.1.7] [4MinuteWarning]

This has to be one of, if not THE best game on here. Everything is just incredible. You have full choice in what you want to see by easily disabling/enabling tags, you have a "cheat" mode where you can just do whatever you want with no consequence, the art is great, the music and sounds are awesome, the voice acting is really good and the writing is also very very good. I honestly can not find any flaws here in this game. There are so many different paths and styles to play that each playthrough can feel brand new. There are so many variables that you absolutely will want to replay the game over and over. I have played through this games over a dozen times (not exaggerating) and I still have not seen everything. You can also fully unlock the gallery whenever you wish. 5/5 an amazing game. Highly recommend you support it on steam.

This is an interesting game, a bit different than others and has its own perks. I am a picky person, so for a game to be enjoyable to me, at least it has done well in either the story or the graphics. Ravager doesn't have fancy graphics (yet), but the graphics and animation are at least at an adequate level to drive the story, and the story part is unique and amazing.

The part that surprised me is the voice-over of the characters. Normally this part is lacking or might not be well done enough in most other games, since this could be one of the most time and resource consuming part, and it won't drive the story further like creating more renders. However, Ravager did put quite a bit effort in doing this, and doing this right, which makes it unique. It is still a VN, but it is a cinematic VN, if there is such a term, combining still images, animations, texts and voice-over.

Thus, it makes Ravager a heavily collaborated game. It can't be done by a single developer. When it is somewhat epic and more immersible, game development speed can become slower due to the large number of elements to be completed for each scene. I won't call it a bad thing, but it is the cost has to be paid, and for the players, that means patience.

Offer an enjoyable variety of routes, girls and sex scenes covering many fetishes but i wish there was more consistency in the art used for the scenes.
Overall a great game made by a serious team. I can't wait for more

Ok, I was avoiding this title for a long time
I kept checking it out while browsing the list of VN's and going "ah that's this deviant one", then forgetting about it and repeating the cycle some time later.

But I had nothing to check few days ago and it showed up in my search and thought to myself - there is a lot of traction around it, no way it's full on furry/scaly.
And no offence to anyone! I just am not into such imaginery.
So I figured, maybe MC can shapeshift, and there is a choice: orthodox sex in human form or bestiality.

Buuut... A lot of is masking that! It's not fully avoidable naturally, but it is basicaly minimal.
Therefore - if anyone avoids it due to that theme, I say - give it a try.

Because if you turn ablind eye on the dragon dick, you will get a really nice, choice-driven VN, that does most of things better than most of other VNs.
Sandbox elements, while not perfect, are leagues above 99% sandbox tagged games.
Broadness of choice... So many ways to play the story, that I think I will replay it, maybe even twice.
Art is nice! At least that during normal gameplay. I found it much nicer than spicy scenes.
VOICE ACTING. With every tried game I get more and more certain, that VA can give any VN +1/5 points at least.

Great story, art, and sound. I appreciate the few sprinkles of gay in this game. Hope we will be able to choose the wolf guy to marry later. He is pretty much the only male option for a companion but he's cool. Easily avoidable gay content so no need to fear in that regard. Great stuff so far and looking forward to see where the story will go.

Great art, lots of sex, attractive girls. I wish your weren't quite literally a dragon though. I'm not into beastality and wish a game of this quality wasn't based just around it. The story is pretty cool too, and I appreciate the fact that you can play in a "power fantasy" mode for max stats from start.

Its a well made game and i like how it starts up by asking what kind of fetishes you want to have or disable, i will make one point though since some might not be into bestiality and you can even turn it off, BUT theres it no way to avoid it since MC is a dragon with a dragons dick and walks on all 4.
I got to say i expected it to be quite diffrent like MC having a man kind form like its seen in alot of stories but nope not in this one.

Renders look great and are well made, including the animations but im just not into that bestiality in any way so i only played this for the story which is pretty good and why i gave this 4 stars insted of 2, story really is good with alot of fun scenes, so my review is 95% based on story and fun and not the H-scenes, the voice acting is really some of the best ive heard if not the best, its not 100% voiced but there is quite alot of it.

But do expect it to be unrealistic when it comes to H-scenes, girls can take the dragons dick even though its as a horse cock, they can even do BJs which should destroy their jaws in 2 seconds, but the scene like the 2 sisters where one helps the other gives BJ is pretty fun with the dialogs and effects, so just need to take it for what it is and dont take it to serious, some scenes dick is bigger then the girl like the girl might be 30cm but dick is 100cm in diameter, just saying.

I did turn off the Mutilation which might make scenes more realistic so doing that stuff will hurt the girls? i havent tested that stuff out though since its not really something i want to check out.

Paths and choices are pretty crazy in this one, so many ways to do things and they all seem to work perfectly, just leaving a sign off like femdom will remove a LI from ever being in game, so watch what you do or read the walkthrough because its not easy to figure out all the paths or which one is the right for you.

I want to give this game a remark of excellence because of the branching, and because of the option. The option not to grind and search the most optimal way to play possible, but to choose a power fantasy mode. That's one of the devs who cares about all kind of audience. Amazing. And the fact that even if you all-stat maxed there's still a branching and sometimes unforeseen consequences, my man... what have you done.
Now, the art style is combined and I'm still confused about it. I think it's good but not really great for me personally. I liked the story and dialogue writing, and there's a sound design. A fookin voiceover! And it's fantastic.
Not my kink at all, STILL I've played this more than once, I think it's a solid 5/5.

I knew I was too far gone when the section parodying adult VNs came up and I laughed at all the tropes it was mocking
10/10 game. Stellar mechanics and if I had to complain I'd say the player has TOO MUCH permanent choice. I want to see all the H scenes in one play damnit! I don't care how many there are!

Incredible technical aspects but I didn't really like the story, others may appreciate it better than me, but I'm not personally a fan

The visuals are inconsistent, moving from a cartoon style to a semi-realistic style that doesn't look very good. I like the cartoon style of the characters and I don't understand the need to add this touch of realism during the sex scenes (the first VN where I skipped the lewd scenes). The backgrounds lack polish and sometimes take me completely out of the universe (+ same thing here, semi-realistic backgrounds with cartoonish characters). If you're not a native English speaker like me, you're going to spend a lot of time on translation sites, as the words used are not very common.

The naration was the only thing that kept me going, there's a huge range of possibilities. I love the cat sisters !

I love the story and the game in general. The power play is also very exciting. Tho (and this may just be me) I really don't like the sex scenes. Not because I don't like such scenes it's just that they

1. Kinda feel unclean and don't look as beatifull as the rest of the game

2. it's weird switching between the more anime like potraits and character designs and then for some reason having a more realistically looking sex scene.

I feel like the dev should've either just made the potraits and characters look like they do in the sex scenes or (and I'd prefer this honestly) have all the sex scenes use the character design from the potraits and such as those character designs just look more well done and beautiful honestly.

But of course I don't expect the dev to just remake all those scenes it's just a small point of critic afterall.

It is a great game nonetheless and it just feels awesome being this powerful almost unstoppable creature. Definitely worth playing

Probably the darkest game I ever played in my life! At first, I underestimate the wild freedom and tremendous contents in this game by just looking at some preview picture. I originally thought this game was just mediocre cartoon game. But I will tell you what, after spend some time playing the game, I was amazed by the amount of cruel content in this game. You get the chance to torture women in the chamber (definitely not light bdsm stuff, but more wicked), you can cut a woman's limbs off and turn her into a "toy" of you. You get the chance to break and conquer many types of woman in your encounter.

Furthermore, this game has a lot of replayability , you can replay it in different ways. You can romance and treat your girls with love (Yeah Helloise is my WAIFU!), on the other hand, you can just be a heartless beast and torture them until you are tired of them as I described in the previous paragraph. This game does have great voice acting , animated sex scenes and a million words of text.

Last but not least, I must admit the writing is very elegant and beautiful, I was first attracted by the sex scene, then I found out that even not for lewd purpose, the game is still worth playing. If you like it, please consider supporting the author by buying the game and fund him on patron!

The world-building and atmosphere is quite solid, the anime-ish art and voice acting is pretty well done, and the scenes are generally good in concept and writing - the only thing is that the shift in art style is off-putting, and personally not to my taste. The in-depth kink selection is a nice touch and I don't think I've seen it before as part of actual game settings.

In terms of the finer points of execution, though, none of the characters are especially deep. That's not to say they're paper-thin, but they don't offer anything unique that draws you in emotionally, and they don't really have character arcs outside of getting various kinds of broken/seduced by MC.

In particular, other characters don't really do much outside of the predictable reactions to the MC. This in turn leads to very few surprises throughout the story.

The gameplay does offer a pretty substantial amount of choices, but so far the consequences of these choices are mainly limited to what lair-faction you chose, and various character-specific outcomes. For a game where you can literally eat people and pillage human settlements, you'd expect some more opportunities to witness the aftermath of the destruction and the fear/respect of your reputation. Instead the relevant stats mostly seem to change a few lines of dialogue here and there.

The game loop itself, in the Acts which have a clear loop, is a little repetitive. Although it's a little sandbox-y in nature, you can explore all the areas in a single playthrough, and there isn't quite enough variation or customization to justify doing it this way.

I'm still giving it a 5 - for an indie AVN on this site the production quality is still quite high, and it's fun & sexy overall. It just doesn't quite compare to the polish of writing and gameplay of the top games.

Wonderful game, with many, many decisions to make. Feels really empowering. Also before you start the game you have a wide array of options on what you like and don't. Can't wait for the story to continue!

The story is simple and made thanks to these different branches, very well done which offered good replayability and new surprises, a pleasure to try all the dialogues
- The art is very correct, scene H offers a good angle, and we have the choice to choose anime or not as an option
- A double which is very pleasant in addition to the voice of the MC
-Tons of options to remove or add /futa/gay/cheating/gore/pregnant scenes

Come for depraved porn, stay for the lore and strategy and consequences of your actions.

Even in the Power Fantasy (no lose) mode - your actions and inaction affect the course of the story. And it's so fun to unveil and shape!

At the moment of writing this review - the latest update 5.1.0 brought a scene I didn't expect. A scene that gave me choices. And the choice I made was so satisfying, despite me not knowing how it will affect the story!

I cannot call this game a masterpiece. But it is unique in its own way and very satisfying.

This game is incredibly inconsistent in two ways.

Art - Going from cutesy sprites to uncanny realistic sex scenes makes the payoff extremely disappointing due to what is essentially false advertising.

Tone - The game can't decide if it wants to be "wacky lol so random" or "dark death blood for the blood god" and it ends up doing both which gives some extreme whiplash during parts of the story. For example, you meet a girl and your options are like
a. help her and get a funny sidekick
b. murder her and eat her corpse
