I'm a little confused, is having sex with Maelys during "This Fixes Everything" quest after her talk with Heloise supposed to break her mind or is that a bug? The walkthrough for act V seems to imply that she's still sane at that point. I don't want to progress to far in case it's a bug or some mistake on my part.
Did it play out correctly or not?

Having sex breaks hers. You can, however, go down on her, then refuse her afterwards, telling her to mend/heal.

Why is it that some scenes remain locked after using the gallery unlock?

Preferences set in options. If you have disabled gay scenes, you will not see them later in the gallery etc.

In Act IV, what causes the mercenaries to abandon you? I went to attend my war council and it said "Rhyll's seat is empty, it looks like the mercenaries found a new employer"

Low Morale will have them leave, and i think the mercs and wolfmen leave or get a malus on their morale when you make a promise and dont keep it, like promising more bitches for the wolfmen.

This game is such a fun and unique concept, with a lot of content to discover and cool scenes as rewards. The update frequency / speed is also very good!

Wolfmen get a penalty if you promise them bitches and don't give them any, mercs get a penalty if you don't give them any treasure.
