I did out of curiosity once just to see what happens. But in general I just pull a pokémans and collect to keep folks. Always with the idea in the back of my mind. Something might come in an update. Now I forgot where I heard it from. But her and Naho were not meant to be romanceable. However much that pains me to say. And considering their level of hate and fuck all positive progress with them. Think it safe to say it be true. Now in the future? Doubt it but who knows. Maybe someone with deep pockets on the righteous path of God! Will come around and mend this injustice.
Damn that sucks with her, and was wondering about Naho as well maybe if i got the wolves( who you should side with instead of mercs) when we begin our takeover chapter that if i beat her and leave her be for a bit she would come around in that scenario but now that you told me i might just give the elf to warlock since no point in keeping a person like that in harem who you can't even get pregnant mind you bring the vibes down with her mood ill the time

Nope, they unfortunately hate your very being to the end. But you can get her pregnant. Can knock up both actually. I believe Valzira is an alternative choice to Heloise. Guessing a failsafe if you muck up with the other or a choice if you just hate yourself. Naho can have your spawn. Just instead of hating you. She gets to expand her horizons, to hate you and them! Truly a Hallmark moment. But at least with her and the kids. I feel there might be a chance she lightens up. However microscopic it is.... probably will still hate us though regardless.
But to really drive home the point of us not getting them. You can actually have some tender moments with Naho. Val is a complete lost cause to the end. But if you send Naho to the torture chamber. She will come around. The devs actually threw us a bone.... just a very diseased one. Like a literal monkey's paw type situation. Maybe people bugged them about it enough. To where they just did it out of spite/annoyance.
Like we want a relationship with Naho!!!
Then we got.... well you'll see if you do it. It's sprinkled with moments that show exactly the type of good stuff they could give us. If they wanted to.... they just don't want to.

I feel your pain. I think the only way to do it might be to avoid the Cataclysm, by not getting either Heloise or Valzira pregnant so that Malice is never born. But that would wipe out a huge chunk of the plot, and might even turn out to make it impossible to progress to Act V or at least successfully get to the end the game when it's eventually all been written, so would probably be too high a price to pay. (Well, I suppose the other way to do it would be to lose her from your game altogether prior to at V by giving her to your allies to increase their morale, but you clearly wouldn't want to do that.)

I mean to be fair. I doubt many expected an SCP Foundation crossover to happen. I mean sure some chaos, some mayhem, maybe even a bit of tomfoolery if they felt kinky enough. But what happens during was pretty vague and standard and then bad things happened!!!. Even as she was getting a species make over. Did anyone really expect her to go full science experiment gone wrong (or right depending on how freaky we... I mean you are)?

Ehhhh it's fine. It's just a little a lot, like holy shit! mutation. Sure she ends up looking like some type of pagan deity... or an SCP entry with some freaky ass power to boot. But at the end of the day. It's still technically Marie-Anne and she loves you. With all her potentially 2-3 hearts. And in the end, isn't that what matters? Love? It's not about what's potentially off putting on the outside. It's about what's more then likely mutated to shit as well on the inside that counts!
