For some reason i can't advance the dialogue in any Renply game anymore, whenever i press any key the Back and Skip button keep flashing and it forces me back to the first dialogue.

You can still play Ravager without Steam running in the background. The game itself doesn't have a "copy protection" or DRM.

Simply download, install, close Steam and play it. Et Voilá!

I think you can also append the -nosteam argument to the properties? I'm not sure if that's just for certain engines or not, but I've used it for various games when I don't want steam to auto-log me into the game's launcher when I have multiple accounts. -nosteam will stop the game from tracking hours played and whatever in steam but might still show you as playing it in your friends list, but you can just go invis/offline for that. I haven't used steam friends in years and only turn it on when needed for joining other games.

I didn't know you could do that. Thanks for letting me know!

Renpy made games don't have "copy protection".

You could buy a Renpy-made game on Steam, download, install, refund, and still play it afterward.

Anybody know if the game will be available to buy outside of Steam? I'd like a legitimate version after it goes to 5.0, but don't particularly want my friends list seeing it :unsure:
