The game says I'm on version 5.1.3, but I downloaded version 5.2.0 from this page and applied your fix. I want to know if it affects something content wise.
Edit: Never mind. It's because of "options.rpy" file I used in order to open the console.
Edit II: I tried UnRen. The option 1 didn't work. The option 3 is completed successfully but it didn't opened the console for me. So, I downloaded a program called "Universal Ren'Py Mod." I pasted the file into the game folder and boom! I officially cracked the game's defenses and I'm free now! I can play like I want to! Great, because I like the game. I know the dev is here, reading messages. Don't fix this please. I love cheating. It's more enjoyable to play like this.

And how in the world would that content affect your enjoyment of the game? The settings allow to disable any extreme content, it's possible to play a (mostly) vanilla route with the toggles. And even when her body is fully grown, the way she acts is very telling that Malice is mentally young. The growing up events about teaching her about stealing and unhappy consorts, would not have happened if Malice was mature.

Why do you think they are tho? Many of them were made in the time before AI could "draw" images.
It would have been 10 times better if we had the option to get the girls back later.. now too many unnecessary playthroughs/save reloads needed just to not miss a few scenes..
Are there still a lot of people playing this game??? The fact that the game has a DRM and you have to download something else to start the game I imagine would have discouraged many people from downloading it.
It has some damn good waifus.

The DRM is trivial to bypass, only a modest amount of computer literacy is required to understand how it works and what to do to break it. On one hand, I agree it is somewhat of a dick move to implement, but on the other people shouldn't expect everything free to be spoon-fed to them, a little thinking is good for the mind every now and then.
If all fails, you could try running the game with wine on mac. I don't own a mac so I can't help with it but it's one option.

age of consent is a bit more about mental maturity than physcial maturity. You're really not going to bat an eye at a new born sticking it into Enid immediately after being born(optional), but argue that a half dragon that's far older than a day is Not as mature just because of her looks, I guess? But you have no real idea what the physiology of a dragon elf hybrid is, so that's purely assumption.
Dude, you are literally born wanting to already fuck, while Malice has no clue about sex and has shown no interest or understanding in it, you can see it when you leave one of the unhappy captives and she asks you about why are they imprisoned and you sort of dance around it - because she's a fucking child. You are not.
On top of that, Malice is clearly not a baby, she's born aged equivalent to about a 5 year old in human age. She can speak and asks lots of questions about the world, we can pretty confidently reason about her maturity.
And to add on another detail, you grow pretty naturally over time, while Malice accelerates her development through time-travel space-time fuckery, her suddenly turning into an adult is not something natural for her species if it makes any sense to reason about the nature of reality breaking abominations.
