So what are the flags that determine who (if any) you promised the lowlands to?

It's been a while since I played so I could be wrong but if I remember correctly you can only promise the lowlands to the wolves but these lands already belong to the bad guys so if you make this promise and have both as allies they will come into conflict and you will have to choose a side (losing the other in the process)

As far as I remember, you can offer them "Protection" / "Naho" / "More bitches" or "The lowlands".
Try to set
fWolfmen3Territory to false in URM."What does the scaled wolf offer his pack" (depending on the choice, one of the flags is set to
true):- "Protection"
fWolfmen3Protection - "Naho"
fWolfmen3Naho - "More bitches"
fWolfmen3Bitches - "The lowlands as your roam"

I apologize if I expressed myself poorly. I did not mean that the only option to recruit the wolves would be to give them the land, but rather that the only option to give the lowlands would be to the wolves.

I dont think so, you have a walkthrough pdf in the file of the game thouth, besides, you can play in easy mode if you want.

Technically, you can assign Valzira as your consort. As abovementioned gentlemen rightly said, she will keep hating your guts with tungsten-melting intensity, so it is only a technical assignment rather than proper consortship.
To "help" her become an eligible choice for consort, you just have to do a little...

I just went back to a different save and left her be. But I suppose since Naho has a "persuasive" method. Makes sense that Val has one too. I still think them two were done out of spite though. Oh yea, this is definitely a situation of not wanting to do it. If I wanted to be the most generous I could be. Val could possibly be the one I understand not letting the grudge go. They made her pure ancient old lady cranky. Spite seems to be cooked into her very DNA and soul. Romance probably not, but at least on somewhat friendlier terms. And if any romance, it is pure dom with us being sub.... and the abusive treat you like a pet type.
Naho could be brought over, because they already tapped a bit into it. Once you drug her, there's a heart to heartish moment with her, that can happen. Where she confides and lets it out. Of course we're not allowed to reciprocate.... bastards!
