But seriously, it depends on the character. There are some instances where you can eat some guard or some other background char. There are characters that does not have much content associated with them.

And there are characters who makes this game what it is, like Heloise.

Choose wisely. Use brain. Read the situation.

Makes sense, I thought it was cool that the dev included that choice. But now I realize it's more of a false choice, as killing is not really rewarded, rather it's detrimental to the experience. Would be nice if that play style was also supported, like killing characters would unlock certain content and give you access to even more characters to kill, then again character models and sex/killing animations don't grow on trees so it's understandable.

It is the dragon's choice to give. Don't change the fact that a role she was raised and bred for. Essentially her birthright. Was taken from her, by what is supposed to be her other half. Like you can't just poo poo on someone's entire life and legacy.

I was never shocked or mad that Adeline went hostile, it was just a simple observation. Even if I don't choose a queen and rule alone she is still upset and sent to the dungeons. Other than technically being the dragon's mother I don't see why I should be so beholden to her. Your other companions if they stayed with you have been through thick and thin on this journey. Their opinion holds more weight to me than the woman I just rescued that wants her HALF of the entire kingdom.

Heavens forbid you actually confront Adeline about her ambitions...

Look at it from different angle - limiting choices force you to seek alternatives, to improvise.

For example, you can kill Rhyll (the mercenary guy) instead of recruiting him or using his help. That forces you to reach for other options, because you still need troops. Or you can kill Darja, locking you out of Spire lair option. Or Marie-Ann, which would lock you out of the lair in the Mines.

When decisions lock the content without reward, the change in situation could be a reward in itself. Limits lead to non-standard decisions, which enriches gameplay.

Besides, some people just want to have options to deal with certain characters. And this game gives you options to deal with almost every single one of them - in many different ways. Ignore, cooperate, befriend, enslave, destroy - you can do at least something with every character you meet.

The amount of branching decisions is stunning. Even major, story-significant decisions aren't few. It leads to insane replayability.

Now Adeline is an interesting one I can see some people loving or hating her. On my save I was shocked when I picked Darja as queen she went hostile and used words of power on the dragon. Apparently saying no to her means you have to lock her up for safety.

But again, it is your choice as the dragon boi to make. Nobody said you have to be beholden to her. Follow your nose, mind, and dick, as the lord intended.... amen. Now whether it's to me or the other person. You respond as if we're trying to tell you what to do or not. Was not trying to convince you to do anything. Not trying to say you owed her something over the other hoes. Was just going off the initial comment of being shocked at her actions. And then clarifying the why. That's it.

Download Renpy SDK, move py3-mac-universal to the lib folder
chmod +x Ravager.sh
Rename Ravager.py to renpy.py

I downloaded the up to date Version: 5.2.2 from Pixeldrain.
After unziping i start the Ravager.exe
That opens Steam - where i get a license Error

Do i miss something?

Okay I got the game to work. Here are more detailed instructions.

1. Download the Steam Auto cracker from this link:
   You must be registered to see the links
2. Unzip it anywhere. Once that is down run the EXE SteamAutoCrack
   (If the program complains it's missing something, do not worry, it will provide a link to it automatically.)
3. A complicated looking window will pop up, don't worry about it.
4. In the text box label PATH, click the ... button next to it, click file, then navigate and select the RAVAGER.exe file
5. Below the PATH text box is another called Steam appID, put the number: 168356
6. At the very bottom press START, wait a bit until you see in the text box in right display All process complete.
7. Run the Ravager.exe directly and the game will launch (if you have done it correctly the startup will not crash)

is the uncracked version just a demo version on itch.io and if I have to download the drm fix is it a virus or has it been hacked because the f95 says that it detected a virus when I wanted to download it?
