What's happening with this game? Either the game crashes with or without drm fix or the Scenes just shows the dialogue and character models not the actual scenes and the new scenes are not showing in gallery also.

Thank you but this does not help me. As I purchased it on Steam I cannot download the latest android version from itch.io. This was the reason for my post here.
In Act V: you need to have a broken Naho kept as a pet, and Boof adopted by Marie-Anne, then visit one of the people in your bedchamber (Adeline / Darjeline / Naho) once or twice.

For your first question, you didn't provide any context, so I am going to guess that it's the "give someone to the kobolds for morale." In which case whoever you give them is gone. When you go visit the troops, you will sometimes see a scene of them being used, but they are no longer a part of your harem.
For your second question, your choices are just for flavor, and it's a set stat check. If you have enough Mercy, the people turn on the guards. If you don't, they stand by while the guards attack, and you have to choose another option.

Note that if you're in Power Fantasy mode, you automatically pass all stat checks.

Ok, here are my thoughts: This version (5.2.3) expand the story up to chapter II in the ACT V; it is a very interesting game that show you what are your options and the consequences of your choices, so far, it is one of the few visual novel where you can feel to a degree that your choices matter, and they will become more relevant as the time pass by.
I always played as the good guy in many games and this visual novel is not the execption, with a oversimplification, i can say that these are the 2 sides of the moral spectrum of the game:
1. Benevolent Despot: You understand the consequences of your choices and the implications of your conquest, you use the reputation of your mercy as a tool to gain the people favour and make them support the status quo. For this, you set youserlf some limits to the thing that you can do and even deny the possibility of satisfy your pleasure if necesary. If you are like this because you are pragmatic and think in the long term or because you have some sense of empathy deep within you it is up to you to decide.
2. Ravish Conqueror: You set yourself as the ruler of the realm by any means necesary and impose the satisfaction of your needs not matter the consequences. You are a being different than any other creature or race and it is in your nature to claim what you desire. The people of the realm exist to please you and in return you will defend what is yours.
For my personal taste; i play as the first one.

No, it's not gift to Kobold. (My mistake for not adding context). It was the choice MC could sleep with just one of the girl or all, after the fight with Huntress.
And I figured out the other one myself.
I attacked with 6 mercy and citizen were on my side.
(First I attacked with 4 mercy and 2 cruelty points)

Okey, so one fixed girl here.
If I have to see all, I have to use multi save.
That's kinda bad, dev could have made it better.
MC could get all scenes with all girls one by one.
