I am surprised anyone is paying for this guy to just keep adding new are to Act V and adding absolutely nothing to the story. This game could have been officially done if there wasn't such a waste for time.
New content is important as well, many as just waiting more to be added.
Waste of time maybe for those –like yourself apparently– don’t want this new content, but I’m pretty certain they are still working on the story as well even if they don’t release for now.

You aren't looking at the picture right, his right hand is going under her right arm to hold it back and shes holding his left hand which is coming from behind her with her hands.

Sounds reasonable.
But it doesn't explain the AI-artifacts on the dragon he mentioned.

So, they're aiming for 5.5 to be the "full" release of Ravager... but some epilogues and endings will still come at a later date as DLC? Have people forgotten the meaning of FULL RELEASE??Ok. Yep. That confirms my earlier concerns. They did start sprinkling AI into Ravager. Nothing is sacred and everything is slop now.

This picture WAS AI-generated. My gut was telling the truth. The knight's helmet being one solid blotch, Adeline's and knight's hands being an incoherent amalgam, dragon's horns melting into eachother, dragon's wings growing out of the front of his chest.
You just can't hide AI-slop, no matter how hard you try.

And look at this one. You can tell from first glance that the alien was AI-generated just from how her latex costume is a bunch of random strands that don't connect to eachother.
And, seriously? Starting another game while you haven't finished the first one? That never ends well.
The corporate speech being used throughout this entire announcement is such an irony.

Anyways, seeing how the still have 3 whole Chapters to finish, we can expect this game to be done by the end of 2026 - if we're lucky.

I actually wasn't the one who pointed out that picture at first. It was some other guy who talked about how art in this game kinda looks like AI stuff. Which then prompted me to look into it closer and with a bit more attention than I usually do.
It doesn't explain any other artifacts on Adeline, Knight and even the Dragon. Like Knight's helmet not having a visor at all, looking like a solid chunk of matter. It's a telling feature of AI overall, being such suspiciously high-resolution, having so much little "details" all over the drawing, while everything also looks like it's melting into homogenous mass.
Taking pages right out of AAA (Triple A) industry book. Release unfinished demo first, and then roll out bugfixing patches and remaining content as DLCs.

Right, the dragons are so well-known for their established definite anatomy that you can guess from the get-go that when it's hand-drawn liberties of imagination and when it's an AI abomination. And people screaming "It's an AI!!! We're doomed!!! Abandon your children, run from the window!!!" are never wrong in their assumptions.

I don't care if its AI or not, it just bothered me the perspective wasn't being understood.

Pretty much this. You don't get this degree of specificity from just prompting; it's more likely some process in which the artist does a detailed sketch with AI infill, or something along those lines. Calling it "AI slop" is to compare it to most games here with the AI CG tag, which are just random disassociated boobies that scream of low-effort; this isn't that, if at all. It could also just be a rushed artist!
Calling it slop might have been a bit overzealous. But it's still AI processed, unknown to what degree, and nobody ever said that the AI was used to help make those images. And that's the main issue for me.
Also. We've all seen rushed pieces of art, their defining feature was lack of details, not overabundance of high-res artifacts. Like that rushed art for doggy scene with Heloise where her ear looks very weird, her hair near the neck is kind of smudged and dragon's paw is all blocky and rough.

Did you delete the bat file from the game folder after the procedure? After all, all these manipulations are just to bypass the check that does not allow you to launch the game if it sees a bat file in the game folder.
By the way, with the same success, anyone can make a bat file that will be located not in the game folder, but, for example, one level higher.

Not really lol. He's a different shape in pretty much every picture, and his size isn't even consistent in the text. Doesn't excuse AI slop though. But the scene art has always been trash, so it's not exactly surprising it was slop based. Should've just got the character artist to do the scenes as well, they actually look good.

That’s funny, sometimes the dragon’s instrument is just slightly bigger than a regular human’s, and sometimes it turns into a great white shark, haha. But that doesn’t really bother me. Even if they use AI, I don’t mind. What does bother me is when the updates focus more on tiny details instead of the actual badass content. Like, I don’t know… next update: Maelys gets 3 new scenes, 2 with Issa, 2 with Heloise, 2 with Malice, continuation of the main story, a new semen-selling dynamic with Cuchilla, and others. Even if the update took three times longer to make, it’d be worth it.
Although this opinion of mine makes sense, I know the culture of this game is more about constantly tweaking every little aspect… but yeah… okay. Okay
