Honestly, the 'lesbian' aspect of that particular interaction is probably the tamest part of it.

Nope, I have been a harem fan for a long time and am part of a large group of such people. I can remember when harems did not have lesbian in them and a threesome was about two women wanting to please their man, not just a way to cram in lesbian content. We can blame internet porn for that one.You must be scarred for life.
I have watched creators trying to redefine harems as polyamorys long enough to ask and verify what the creators intentions are.
I have no problem with those that have a lesbian fetish. I just want the creator to be honest so that we know who to support. So many people don't open their wallets anymore because they have been burned and want to know what they are supporting first.
I financially support many developers who have non-vanilla fetishes like lesbian but make them optional (the player decides whether they happen or not) so as to broaden their appeal to a larger audience.
It really boils down to whether the developer is in it to make money and has done the market research or if he is just making what he likes. Either is fine but just be honest.
We share our experience with games in these threads to help others decide whether to try and support the game or not.
Knowing that the lesbian is not really optional is something that many people that I know would like to know.

Harems are by definition multiple women sharing one man. If the possibility/likelihood of a >2 person sex scene where the 2 women doing more than watching each other is a problem for you, then you really should avoid harem games unless they specify that this is never going to happen (I have never seen one like that myself, but I don't care about lesbian content either way so I can't say I've been looking for that particular reassurance either). You seem to be conflating the lesbian tag (typically scenes without MC where MC is male) with all other content with MC. In those games this non-MC content is sometimes 'optional' because said content may drift into the NTR gray-area and may turn some players off.
You also keep saying that this game is "supposed" to be lesbian 'optional' but I have no idea where you are getting that other than making it up or getting it from a different site but complaining about it at this one.
The site tags and the OP genre spoiler here both clearly list lesbian as part of this game content. QED, your posts about this content are not appropriate to this thread.[Also, this site is a pirate site, not a subscriber site, so your claim to 'just be posting this to help others decide whether or not to support' is totally specious - post this "help'" on subscriber sites because that would be the appropriate place to make such a post.
