Even better, if RE:BF does well, I believe the creator is considering licensing the RO:BF series over to Kagura Games for translation. I get F95 pirates a lot of shit, but considering how this will be openly available on Steam, and isn't a scammy patreon or an overseas website, you guys should definitely buy this if only to support the RO:BF series getting a translation.

Inputting "Marine" to that plate only gives a "Hoshou Marine desu" text and nothing more.
Also I can't find the guy during the ninja turtles quest, i checked all levels of the sewers and the undersea caverns but found nothing

Collect panties (you're going to need to use the steal ability on certain mobs before they get to a lower hp)
Then go to Izlubeta, talk to the king character. He's the one that gives you items for collecting so many panties.
The special audience ticket I think it's called it what you want to get, and then talk to the receptionist.
