Genuine question- if anyone knows the answer, please tell me. I think I'm just bad at the game lmao
Beat the main story after like 30 hours, the final boss took about 25-30 turns using my highest ranked skill.
You have a max level of 70 with 70 skill points/job exp, which sounds like a lot but isn't, due to prerequisites and necessary skills like stripping, steal, and hp/sp regen.

I have the maximum possible strength stat, damage overlimit (but I don't think I have even reached damage limit), a max enhanced weapon, 100 intimacy max evolution pet, and 2 strength buff skills. My tier 3 skills do less damage than my best tier 2 skill.

The post-game enemies are arguably stronger than the final boss, and one of them can one shot me despite having around 100 VIT, corrected for bonuses.
That being said- what am I doing wrong? Some enemies are practically immune to certain forms of damage so you can't min max your skill trees anywhere near as much as stats.

there advance skill that increase passive skill steal rate (also required steal lvl 3 and finger tech lvl 3)
when u raise that skill to lvl 3 it help on lock pick

the password was ドリドリ but in roman characters and all caps so "DORIDORI"



the only real issue with the translation i've noticed is all the run off text. so some of the battle text and a lot of the defeat scene dialog could use a wordwrap adjustment.

Don't know if it will affect things, but when I checked the ev in mtool it seems that it is still in japanese letterblock instead of the english one? Also had a problem that the ayotaya ruin get blocked after the event where someones came inside, though I don't know whether that is a bug or not.

Don't know if it will affect things, but when I checked the ev in mtool it seems that it is still in japanese letterblock instead of the english one? Also had a problem that the ayotaya ruin get blocked after the event where someones came inside, though I don't know whether that is a bug or not.

it usualy need to use the right skill combination with the right card.. (or equipment if neccesary)

The older version, usually can tackle most problem with vit int build...
or you can do a 2 turn self buff build and release nuke with multi crit atk based.

i have not tried it since i dont know how to strip other than steal and use only basic attacks but, maybe you need to fight in arena

Thanks, I might try that. Most attacks seem STR based though, not int. Unless late game you just switch to spamming holy light and whatever int skills there are?

Need to wait for a fix if it's really bugged. You can also manually change the map flag for the doors with mtool or just activate noclip if you really want to force it.
