It's false-positive. If it's just one detecting it that usually means false positive 99.9% of the time, especially if it's a nobody detector. Do note that some legit stuff (cracks, translation programs, updaters, etc) are detected as trojans and other malware sometimes.

use the potion that increase your movement speed, you can buy it in top part of pleasure district iirc.

- its a quest that u unlock really early but could only be finished toward the end of the game. Play the game until u reach something like a 80-90% story quest completion rate (if u finished everything except this) and eventually a new quest will pop up that will open the ruin.

I've completed everything I could and there are two quests left, one of which is connected with the temple and the second is connected with a girl in an abandoned laboratory...

You mean the quest when you have to run north against the two guys who zigzag?
If so, you have to move to the right a bit, so that they don't keep blocking you with their zigzag
But yeah, you can also buy a speed potion

Pervert's Sinew => I don't know
Surging Breasts => Red chest in the Freya Grand Temple (Requires the skill Pinnacle of Unlocking, or the item Hihiiro Key, obtainable from Pharmacy Skill or from the La Feele's blacksmith)
Angel's Pubic Hair => Sold by the man next to the shopkeeper in La Feele Pleasure District's Jewelry Shop
