The quest giver gives you a hint on all their locations. Pretty sure they are all located in each of the towns but dont remember there exact location.

What's it take to resurrect Eve? I beat Sigurd and Doppel, picked up the Thought Form and the Disk, so what's left?

Head to the abandoned laboratory in the slums and wake up the bot there using the battery(which can be obtained from the machine near the slime in the research facility) or thought form, then go back to eve and use whichever one u have left

disk doesn't work on either bot, is there something I need to do with the disk first (other than put it in the machine to unlock the epilogue)?

when I want to use it my skills are still not reset and in addition when I click on the skill selection window I get a frozen screen has anyone had this or is it just me

That's normal, you use the stick, click the skill select window, then it freezes to load. Takes several minutes
