well to be honest neither of those women look like even semi pro body builders lol. just do a google search. most female body builders look like dudes body wise. I understand why the dev didn't make them look realistic but he could have gone with swimsuit models or something other than body builders. So the wrong sized boobs fits well seeing as neither of these women could pass for amateur body builders let alone professional or aspiring professionals.
