I think you are right in many ways and I agree with you, but clichés have become clichés because they work.

You're right, too. I was too categorical about the cliché. Each situation has to be considered separately.There will still be some of them, and they need to be, but by changing the detail or the pitch a little, you get a different look. For example, the mother, who is overlooked by father, doesn't drink wine sitting on the couch, but, for example, decides to smoke a joint for the first time in her life.
The father doesn't want to have sex with our mother, not because the developer forgot to kill him in the preface or send him on a business trip, but because, for example, he has a fetish for fat women but our mother lost weight years ago.
I mean, its s big deal to make player dont repeat phrase of CJ "oh shit, here we go again".

Or let's take the cliché: the older sister is always bitch because she lacked her father's attention or something and her bitchiness is just a defensive reaction.
You can keep the bitchy sister, but not give her that silly reason (that she is secretly in love with the main character is even more silly).
You can just make her bitchy, tough, cold, but it's not a defensive reaction at all, she really is, an ice queen. Of the good traits: she understands what she is, with self-reflexivity in general and is smart.(In a way... she's like a character taken from some femdom game, but with a normal love path.)
Cliches are also a sign of an author who lacks original thought. Don't be a copycat who does what other people do because it works. That's what leads to the piles of shit we have to shuffle through every day to get to the good stuff.
With that being said, don't fall into the worst cliches damn near everybody in the porn industry does. Which is having an obsession with big dicks and blowjobs. When every other scene in your porn is a dude getting a blowjob, handjob, footjob, titwank or anything else that's only getting him off and not the girl, you've failed.
